Friendly service, perfectly located at Zuid Afrikaanse Hospital. Safe area. Value for money. Will not sleep in another place if I have to come to Pretoria again.
I was very satisfied. My husband was admitted to the hospital and it was convenient and close. It was not difficult to find at all, especially if I have to move around alone as a woman and do not know the place.

No coffee/tea available in the room, so I personally would not stay there again. The rest was no problem.
It was convenient. As an elderly couple it was only better when we moved to the London room with its own bathroom, more private.
1. Lights outside can be improved. 2. Point out the stairs for older people. 3. Feel free to provide milk for tea and coffee. Also use high quality coffee bags. 4. Bed lamp switch could not be found. 5. Refrigerator/freezer can be cleaned of all the ice. 6. Name plate when you come from the hospital is not visible.
We had a nice stay and slept well. Please note, the kitchen is not set up for 'self-catering'. The gas stove was not connected to gas, some of the kitchenware was broken, and there was no space in the freezer to store food. The area was very quiet and the staff friendly. The accommodation is a good budget option and is walking distance from UNISA. WiFi was available but not very strong.
Functional, basic, but suited my needs on this occassion.
There was very limited coffee, no milk. Booking was not prepared, and when we arrived there was no preparation made for us.
