Outstanding. Getting booked in was a breeze. They send you a number to call when you get to the gate the first time and it opens. Room was beautiful and clean. Once inside you get a remote for the gate so you can come and go as you please. Very quiet area. Close to everything. Huge shower. Bed was great. Will stay again. One thing I couldn't see or find in the room was the WiFi password. I am sure I could have asked, but it was not a crisis as we only slept there.
Greys Guesthouse offers clean and comfortable rooms. Nicely situated close to restaurants and amenities. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming. It's the perfect stopover for anyone traveling back from the Cape.

The reading light in the headboard was brilliant, plug points catered for every single device, and the showerhead was just magnificent. Only negative about the stay - the corridor outside room 2 was very noisy in the morning (I would rather stay in outside rooms).

@ Grey's is our usual overnight stay on return from Cape Town to Gauteng. Good quality beds and linen. Quiet rooms with light-blocking curtains. On our last trip, it was the first time we had breakfast at the guesthouse. We found it very basic for R100. They might want to look at making it a bit more interesting with the addition of fried tomatoes, hash brown and mushrooms. Otherwise, it's a good choice to overnight with secure off-street parking.
Even for just an overnight stay, I was modestly surprised by the cleanliness, the staff's service and the parking right in front of the unit. Affordable accommodation in Bloemfontein. Missed a microwave, but otherwise everything was 100%.
The guesthouse was 5 minutes away yet close to the Mimosa Mall which I walked to. It was clean, safe and modern. I would come back to it again when in Bloem.

The third time we use @ Grays Guesthouse as a guest house between Pretoria and Cape Town. As always it was an extremely comfortable process and room is truly luxurious and adequate.

Now I don't want to be a pain - had a really nice stay, service was good and it's really value for money, but my air conditioner couldn't cool my room properly. It's just me - I get very hot very quickly.

Secure parking right in front of the room door, behind electric gate with electric fence. Easy to get. There was quite loud music playing throughout the night, don't know if there might be a night club nearby, but not so bad that you can't sleep. Will definitely visit Grays Guesthouse again.

We stayed at @ Grays on 2 occasions during our business trip and each time we were received extremely friendly yet professionally by the managers, Suzanne. We booked Room 1 and found the room clean and tidy. The linen on the bed is of high quality and the king size bed is firm and sleeps well. All that was missing was the placement of a bench/s for our bags. We asked for benches the second night and we were provided with a bench. Consider permanent placement of benches for luggage - they will truly be a welcome addition to the room. We definitely recommend @ Greys, and will stay there again on our next business trip.

We were kindly received and taken to our rooms. The rooms are clean and tidy and very comfortable. We could sit on the veranda and chat and they also provided us with a kitchen and cutlery so we could just sit and relax after a long day's driving. The guest house is close to the N1 and close to a shopping centre. A comfortable overnight stop on the way back to the Cape.

The room was tidy, the bed was soft and the curtains had blackout. It was just a stopover on the way to our honeymoon destination and it was a lovely stopover. We regret not having breakfast there, it smelled very nice.

Ideal for business visits. Value for money and well located. Not great variety of TV channels, but came to sleep over, not to watch TV. I will definitely use this guesthouse every time for business visits. Although there is no desk in the room to work, there is a table on the veranda and worked great with a coffee and a view of Grey College.

Susanne and Martha were very friendly and made us feel very welcome and went out of their way for us, thank you very much. The accommodation was neat and clean and the car could park right in front of the unit. We will use @ Grays Guesthouse again in the future. Something to maybe improve: With the bathroom door open, there is very little space between the door and the bed when moving in and out of the bathroom. It would also have been good to have a small microwave if you wanted to heat something up.

We enjoyed it very much and were very tidy, but would only ask that you please tell guests a dress code when they come to have breakfast, so that it doesn't make you feel uncomfortable. As there were younger guests who came to breakfast in their night clothes.

Totally blown away by the friendliness of the staff. The neatness, and so clean. Felt like a home away from home. Location is perfect and within walking distance of the Grey College and shopping centres. Especially the lady who offered to drive us to our bus stop when she saw how much luggage we had and did not mind getting stuck in the sport traffic. She is truly an asset to this guest house. Would recommend it if you just want to spend the night. Reception was friendly. There are no extras except 2 bottles of water. Would have loved to have a rusk with coffee. Milk was insufficient.
