What an absolutely fantastic place with the most wonderful owner/host ever! You will not regret it. It's clean, serviced regularly enough, and very central to almost everything in the area.
Was adequate for what we were looking for.
The 1 room is very small and cramped and the toilet with shower. I always book self catering, but there was no stove. After I mentioned this to Welly, he brought us a mini oven, pan and pot which we really appreciated. It's the first accommodation where there was no coffee, sugar, milk available on arrival, or even a bottle of water. It is always very welcoming. The single beds were also not next to each other as shown in photos. I'm sorry, but this is not what we are used to.

The hospitality of the owner is of above average quality. It is a nice cozy place to stay in a quiet area and as the name says, nice by the sea. Just what one needs if one wants to get away and enjoy free time.

Good value for money, friendly reception, central location!
The place is so far from the places to eat, but not too far to drive, even to the beach. The room is neat with a TV and a small kitchen and the bed was very comfortable and clean. If I travel there again I will stay there again.
The kindness and hospitality with which I was received and served was remarkable. The facilities were sufficient for my situation and neat and effective.
