Well located in Stellenbosch. Good security. Excellent restaurant under the unit for delicious breakfasts and lunches.

Stellenbosch is a great town with a lively vibe and great entertainment and staying at 1 Concord makes it easy and safe to enjoy the town and all there is to do.
In the heart of Stellenbosch close to everything and good value for money. Will definitely use again.
Concorde 1 was a great accommodation option to be able to walk from the building to the specific Universiteis building for Masters orientation. Was ideal for the period due to the walking distance to the university and the surrounding restaurants. Unfortunately, the building was not ideal for postgraduate orientation due to students living in the building and constant noise. Until early mornings, students came and went with considerable noise, and the opening and closing of the security gates added to the disturbances. For any tourist from overseas or local, it could have been a disturbance, and had the younger students and gates certainly had an impact on rest. We would not have considered the building if we had known that students also lived there. Otherwise the place was fantastic in terms of location, equipment and beauty.
The shared pics were a true representation of the beautiful self-catering unit. The location is so convenient in a peaceful and quiet street.
The place was very neat. Was close to everything.
