The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and a cot, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and a child-only single bed. Of the remaining 4 bedrooms, they are furnished with a king-size bed. All bedrooms are airconditioned. The house comprises 4 bathrooms, of which 2 are en-suite and the last a shared bathroom. Additionally, there is an outdoor shower available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, stove and oven and tea-and coffee-making facilities. The large open-plan dining room leads onto a patio with a braai area and a boma area with a firepit. A bar area and cinema/TV room provides entertainment for guests.
There is servants quarters in the basement with en-suite shower and separate entrance which is out of bounds for guests. A full time cleaning service, resident resides in this area for guests convenience.
Outside, guests have access to a rim flow pool, Jacuzzi on the top floor and there are beautiful sea views.

Milkwood was a very comfortable house with good extras eg. steam room, hot tub, etc., etc. Was a group of 9 guests and everyone had enough space, rooms are well appointed and spacious. Bedding is of a good quality as well as the towels. Would recommend to other guests. A house number can only be affixed, we searched quite a bit and were unsure where to turn in, will make it easier for guests. Also feel that for the daily price paid at least one golf cart can be included in the price for use by guests.

House rules
Full payment to be made via EFT 40 days before occupation.Emergency/Late bookings (less than 14 days before arrival): Full amount required.
Breakage/Key deposit:
The refundable breakage deposit is 15% of the full rental amount with a minimum fee of R5000.
A refundable key deposit of R200 will also be taken for any possible loss of keys, remotes & discs.
Should you like to have towels changed daily there will be an extra cost for a daily change of towels - R50.00 per towel.
All guests are requested to first register at the Zimbali Management Associations’ Office located at the Northgate Suites opposite the main Zimbali north gate. Keys, access discs and directions are collected at this point.
The cleaner will not work on Saturday afternoons or Sundays. (Services on those days can be arranged at an extra cost).
No sleeping is permitted in the cinema/TV room.
The Jacuzzi is out of bounds during severe draughts.
