2 guests' feedbackIt was a fabulous stay. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Unfortunately, our stay was a little disappointing due to the lack of maintenance and feedback regarding the unit we stayed in. We informed reception after our first evening that the air conditioner in the second bedroom was not working and that there were no cloths in the unit to wash and dry dishes or wipe the counter with. This was never attended to. We only received a washcloth after begging for one on the evening of our return. Then on the day of checkout, the facial recognition, which worked very well, was removed very early, leaving us stranded in the building. We had to request assistance from other guests to exit the building.
