The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, 2 lounges and a dining area. The main bedroom contains a double bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. The 2 shared bathrooms are each fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. Linen and towels are provided.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 8 people, while both lounge areas offer comfy lounge suites. There is also a TV with a full selection of DStv channels. There are braai facilities available that can be used in the courtyard or on the main patio overlooking the river.

The house has a private jetty allowing boat owners easy access to the ocean and the Kowie River. The marina offers extra attractions for guests including the use of the communal swimming pool, tennis courts, and a squash court. The estate has 24-hour armed security. Water tanks are installed on the property.
