1 Sea Breeze is in a very safe area. The Oceans Mall and beach are within walking distance. The lady who did the daily service was lovely.
Loadshedding battery-operated lights are provided in the bedrooms which is great, however some are needed for the lounge area if possible. Main en suite bathroom does not have a door as it is a lead-in bathroom.
Location is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and shops. Photos on the page are a bit "outdated" but overall it was a fantastic place to stay. Would recommend to anyone!
17 nights was a good amount of time, but still too short - we could have stayed much longer if we could. Cleaning services were a great treat - clean floors daily, clean bathroom mats and bath towels every other day and clean bed linen every fourth day. The dishwasher was very convenient. We didn't use the washing machine and tumble dryer. For the price per night, it was worth the money.
Stay at the sea beeze was quite pleasant. Enjoyed the privacy.
During our recent stay, we encountered several areas for improvement within the Sea Breeze units that require attention. The photographs provided do not accurately reflect the current condition of the units. We observed multiple maintenance issues, including malfunctioning lights and fans. Although we reported these concerns, only partial repairs were undertaken, leaving some amenities unaddressed due to perceived irreparability. Additionally, the interiors would benefit from refurbishment, as evidenced by worn-out furnishings such as torn couches and dated cutlery. The quality of towels and linens appeared to be in need of renewal. Communication with the rental agents was inconsistent, with delayed responses to our inquiries. Furthermore, the absence of amenities, such as the pool referenced in the unit booklet and adequate outdoor facilities like taps and showers, contributed to a less-than-optimal experience. Regrettably, neighboring guests also expressed dissatisfaction, with some choosing to depart prematurely due to similar concerns. In summary, while we endeavored to make the most of our stay, we believe that enhancements are essential to provide guests with the value and comfort they expect. We hope this feedback aids in addressing these issues for future guests' satisfaction.
Pros: Spacious and comfortable enough for 8 people. Safe with parking. Walking distance from the beach. Minuses: Not tuned for loadshedding. Needs a little touch up work here and there. No access to a pool.
Very good place. Clean and spacious.
Everything was on point and superior quite peaceful we really enjoy ourselves the beach closer.
