10 Bay Beach is a luxurious double-storey self-catering family home located in the residential Sunset Links Golf Estate, overlooking the ocean, the mountain and the golf course. The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a kitchen with a breakfast nook and bar area, and a large open-plan lounge, dining area and entertainment area.

The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and twin washbasins. This room has doors opening to the sundeck with outdoor dining furniture and lovely views. The other 4 bedrooms each contain a queen-size bed. 2 of the rooms have an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The other 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, and a microwave. The lounge offers ample seating and a fireplace. The dining area contains a large 12-seater dining table and chairs and a couch. The dining area opens to an enclosed deck with a built-in braai and an outdoor dining table and chairs.

The braai deck has sliding doors leading to a sparkling swimming pool, as well as a Jacuzzi, sauna, a gym and a table tennis facility, all set in landscaped gardens with water features. Wi-Fi internet access is available. A cleaning service can be arranged at an additional fee.
