House rules

 Check In: Not before 14:00pm on the day.
 Check Out: Strictly no later than 10:00am on the day unless previously arranged.
 COMPLEX RULES:
 The Kenny Close Complex is governed by a set of rules that apply to all owners, residents, their family,
friends and visitors. Kindly ensure that you read, familiarize yourselves and sign accepting these rules.
 Guests must behave in a manner conducive to the safety, peace and comfort of residents in the complex.
 Noise factor - please guard against excessive or unnecessary noise. Please respect the owners,
neighbours as well as other guests on the property as everyone visiting Kenny Close may be here for a
different purpose.10 Kenny Close is strictly non-smoking accommodation
 No hair colouring products to be used during your stay
 Kenny Close is an extremely secure complex, as is NBR (North Beach Road) and the beach – this is
actively monitored by Marshall Security and AI cameras.
POOL:
 The pool is available for all residents to utilize, please ensure that no food or beverages to enter the pool
area.
 Please ensure all sand has been washed off under the pool shower, prior to entering the pool.
 The kreepy is not to be removed/tampered with by anyone.
 For those needing laundry services, washing and ironing can also be provided for an additional fee,
payable directly to the host.
PARKING:
 Unit 10 has a remote controlled lock-up garage on North Beach road as well as a single parking bay
situated within the complex – Bay 10 – in front and slightly left of the unit.
 Visitors are encouraged to park in the visitor bay or behind the garage on North Beach Road.
 Please DO NOT utilize any other parking bay, without prior arrangement from Ashleigh.
SERVICING:
 The unit has a basic service on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday from: 9am – 2pm
 Should any additional servicing be required, this will be at an additional cost of R200/day.
 Should any ironing/laundry services be required this will be an additional charge of R200 per day
 Should babysitting be required this will be an additional charge of R200 per day
 A clothes horse is available, should you require its use, kindly request this from Bongi.
PETS:
 Pet friendly, with permission, for small dogs
 Kenny Close is an animal friendly complex, and we do have cats and our local troop of monkeys who
roam freely.
 It is advised to please not feed the monkeys and to keep the 1st & 2nd bedroom windows closed when
the troop visits, as they will help themselves to what they can find.
