Lovely stay in the neat rooms.
This was our second time staying at 10 Paul Roos and it is for a reason. The place is very neat, spacious, safe and has all the basic things you need.
It was like an oasis! Neat and everything one would need is available.
Shower floor slippery and no handle to hold.
Excellent! Very good communication by the host. Beautiful, neat and clean room. WiFi and TV were a nice bonus. Secure and covered parking was very convenient! I would recommend guests to perhaps bring a one-pan stove and pan/pot, as well as bowls for cooking. Only a microwave is a bit limited if you want to cook yourself for a dinner or breakfast.

I have worked quite widely in SA and used guest houses. 10 Paul Roos is truly the best I have ever experienced for my bag. The only reason I gave 4 stars for safety is because I don't know Kimberley's area and some of the fellow guests got lost and knocked or tried to open my door at night.

It was fine. Just a shame that we had difficulty setting up the television as you need to enter your own details to connect to Netflix, DStv, Showmax, Apple TV, etc. and ended up not watching it. We had our own login details but still struggled to remove the owner's details or to add ours.

Overslept after 12 days on the road. Was on a road trip. Was one of the best places to sleep. All that can really get attention is the TV is not in a comfortable position. Especially not if you want to watch from the comfort of your bed.

The rooms were well equipped for short - medium length stays, with everything on hand to see to your needs. I only wished there was a full-length mirror! Check-in and check-out system was also easy to navigate. The place is well situated and close to most attractions/shopping centres.
It is so nice to walk into such a clean place with people who are extremely nice and friendly. Nothing is too much for them. They help where they can and their hearts are warm. Lovely furnished with a bath and shower. So nice when you have a choice, especially with a toddler who wants a bath and a husband who takes a quick shower. Works like a bomb! Attention can be paid to the double bed, which creaks a lot when you sit on it or turn over. Maybe a little soap in the bathroom. I was a bit nervous about the key system because I wasn't familiar with the process, but the owner communicated well with me, on arrival, we found that the unit was neat and clean, with no funny odour, and the air conditioner works well along with every other appliance, the unit is spacious and the area is hidden which allows for peace, clean linen and overall a wonderful stay.

It's a very cute place for two people. Not too big or too small. What counted a lot of bonus points for us is the fact during load shedding the place still had power, and very friendly owners.

Wilarie struggled with the water problem and with the help of a tank and a pressure pump, there was no water problem. An inverter kept the lights on during load shedding. Place was clean and tidy. Very convenient.

The room met every requirement we had it was clean and tidy, there was nothing faulty with the wifi. My husband even managed to catch a soccer match on Television.
