The guest house is very clean and tidy as well as the bathrooms and kitchen. We really enjoyed the stay and were sorry to leave.
Only stayed overnight but was very impressed with the accommodation, and will definitely use it again. Everything you need is there: air conditioner, fan, WiFi, TV etc. Also received very good service from Marlene who made everything even more enjoyable - thank you very much for your kindness and helpfulness.

Accommodation was in the larger unit with 2 separate beds in the lounge area. Unit was comfortable and quiet as it is at the back of the house. Also has its own entrance so very private. Very close to shops and restaurants.

We only stayed one night at 110 on Main in their self-catering accommodation, but wish we had chosen to stay a few days longer instead. My husband and I visited 110 on Main as an overnight stop during a wine tour in the Cape. The place was neat, well furnished with many amenities to choose from. We lacked nothing. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax in and braai facilities that are neatly arranged to create a relaxed atmosphere. This place is well located in the middle of the Paarl, but there is no noise from the street to bother. I will definitely visit 110 on Main again should I find myself in the Paarl area again.

The self catering cottage was spacious, clean, well- equipped and had everything I needed for my two week stay, with safe off street parking. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and it is in a very nice part of Paarl, safe, close to shops, restaurants and the hospital where I was working. I enjoyed going for runs in the neighbourhood. I felt very comfortable on my own at 110 Main and would definitely stay there again.
It was very nice, we could relax and even though the water was a little cold, my husband really enjoyed himself in the pool. It is a little piece of heaven on earth. Can't wait until next time.
On arrival we were warmly welcomed by Tony with his easygoing friendly nature. The room was equipped with everything and more that we would need for the evening. Everything neat, clean and comfortable. You could sit by the pool and relax. In one of the chairs while looking out over the illuminated pool. Even the cat exuded a friendliness that makes you feel right at home. I would recommend 110 Main anytime.

What an awesome place, with a peaceful and tranquility vibe to it. Set as the base of the mountain and wine farms walking distance to all amenities with a super fast and reliable WiFi. Owners made me feel right at home. Will most def book in again when I am back in the area.

We really enjoyed our time here. The place is very nice and clean and has everything you need. The owner is friendly and explained everything to us very well, which helped a lot, especially with the shower. And the hairdryer was a bonus for me as I forgot mine at home. Our 2 year old boy enjoyed the porch and the garden very much. Would recommend the place anytime.

Lovely homely little apartment in the heart of Paarl. It's walking distance to the best restaurants and attractions. It's just off the main street and it's also very peaceful and quiet. Tony and Marlene are very pleasant and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
Two points for owner to note: 1. The fridge makes a buzzing sound which was especially loud at night. 2. The main bedroom bed needs a mattress change - bed is very hard. Other than that, it is a lovely gem.

We had a great stay at Tony's place. The cottage is large. The pool looks lovely. The linen is new and clean. There is extra parking for a trailer. They are very centrally located, but there is no noise from the main street.

We recently stayed at 110 Main, Paarl and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and beautiful place to stay. The owner was lovely, friendly and so accommodating. The attention to detail in the rooms and property is impeccable and so beautifully put together.
The accommodation is tastefully furnished and has a veranda where meals can be enjoyed with a view of Paarlberg and a vineyard. There is a swimming pool to cool off in and secure parking and the owners are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend 110 Main.

The two self-catering rooms were ideal for our purposes, namely good sleep and clean ablution facilities. We did not prepare food there. The cottage where the other couple spent the night is very well equipped for a longer stay or a nice visit at the cottage itself. Tony was very friendly and helpful and I consider the price to be very affordable.

The owners are very hospitable and friendly and make you feel right at home. All 3 units are very neat, clean and very well equipped. The cottage is practical and very suitable for a family with 2 children. Will definitely stay here again. This was our second time staying at 110 on Main.
All the necessary quarters are not available. The best part is waking up and realizing you thought you were on the farm, but you're actually in town. Will stay there again.
There is enough space in the cottage if you would stay longer than 2 or 3 days. It is convenient with everything you need and walking distance from most places. The owner is very hospitable.
We stayed in Unit 3 which has a very nice veranda, right against the vineyards on Paarlberg. Unit 3 is very well equipped and clean. Tony and Marlene went out of their way to make us feel welcome and also accommodate our two additional guests. We had a wonderful stay and hope to visit again soon.

Central, yet quiet. Well equipped unit and fantastic shower! Clean and tidy.
Tony checked in with us on our way to put our dog in kennels. He was also helpful with enquiries about recommendations for boarding our dog a few days before our stay. We were very warmly welcomed and our stay was relaxing albeit we needed to attend a wedding and go to the family picnic the next day. We were able to leave without a rush the next day as Tony informed us we could take it easy, no one was arriving after our checkout. The property has a lot more to offer than their website suggests, like a lovely pool and lots of quiet relaxing areas on the property to chill out.

Quiet, safe accommodation that is easy to find due to the location. A neat and clean unit. A beautiful garden and swimming pool. Very friendly owners, were not at home when we arrived, but arranged everything via e-mails. It was easy to get our keys and access the premises. Would definitely recommend it.

Room could have been a bit more clean. For example, many short black hairs on nightstand, either from carpet or dog?? Cleaning utensils should, in my opinion, not be stored in the guest's room.n Otherwise great premises, one feels very homely and welcome. All in all great for the price, but we unfortunately only stayed for one night. Would absolutely come back

It is centrally located and one can walk down the high street to discover all the interesting spots, should you wish to explore them. Pleasant place to stay. The checking-in process was a little higgledy-piggledy, but was not a problem.
We had a very good stay and felt totally relaxed and private. With the only view the vineyards that lead up to an old wine cellar and behind it Paarl Rock. Squirrels and birds in the garden and a swimming pool round the front when we needed it. But we never needed to see anyone else. Definitely would recommend it to singles and families alike.

They are in a very stunning location and have a very friendly host. We found the parking was safe, so this put our minds at ease. However we would recommend that the self-catering flatlet have plates, glasses and a much needed heater.
