We had a very nice stay. The chalet has everything you need. And it's walking distance to the town and shops. The complex is neat and the pool is amazing! Colin, the owner, is very friendly and made sure we were happy.
It was good. It's just that we were not welcomed very well.
My only complaint was that the cleaners sweep or spray the stoop very clean, however they spray other people's dirt, till slips, plastic wrappers into the flower beds in the front of the unit. I have a two year old that kept on picking up other peoples rubbish out of the flower beds. Maybe they should scoop it up instead of just sweeping it outside into the garden.
Very nice stay. The place has everything you need and the nature is wonderfully beautiful. It was nice to see the wild animals just like that from our porch.
Now that was a nice vacation. The owner is very nice and helped us nicely no matter when we called him. It was neat and affordable.
Was able to get to all the places we wanted to see easily and quickly.
I asked the ladies where the office was and they told me that they only worked in the laundry and pointed to the direction of an office which was empty. The place has cockroaches and needs to be fumigated. The automatic gate did not work as I got up early to go fishing only to find another guest that was berated as the security could not open the gate manually and had gone to buy airtime. I assisted in opening the gate manually so we could get out.
Very nice family place with everything in the unit that is needed, big pool and close to everything.

Beautiful resort with beautiful gardens and trees. The house is nice and clean. Although available, and certainly a bonus, we did not take advantage of the daily cleaning services, due to Covid. Decided to just clean myself, and for this reason I would have liked to have a broom or mop with bucket in chalet. Otherwise, everything one needs was there. Beautiful view and lovely visit stoepie with braaier. Definitely value for money and will definitely visit again.
Our stay was peaceful and relaxing, the reception staff, however, wasn't very informative and we weren't given any form of introduction or information upon arrival, the keys were simply handed over and we were pointed to our room. Otherwise, we have no complaints, the unit was spacious, neat and very clean. The premises are also very well maintained, it was a very relaxing and peaceful experience. I would however suggest that some other child-friendly activities be made available except for the beautiful sparkling pool as the weather didn't permit for swimming.
A cupboard in spare room for clothes would be nice and a plug point too. The security gate was left open at all times which I don't believe was good for safety.
Nice and pleasant, with friendly staff.
Place is clean and acceptable, but dark and neglected, for example the front door does not close properly. Thanks, but no thanks.
