Very clean and tidy.
The location of the 11 Simbalina beachfront is very convenient for a family with children. It's walking distance from the beach and so you can easily walk up to the apartment when the kids get tired or hungry. The apartment itself is very spacious and tidy. We will certainly recommend 11 Simbalina for your next holiday. You will not regret it.
Accommodation was lovely and well taken care of. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Accommodation is perfectly located on the beach, neat and clean. Very quiet area. You will see us again for sure.
We enjoyed every moment! Housing was spacious, tidy and perfectly located. We would definitely like to stay at Simbalina again. All the criticisms we have, the stoep lacks a roof, for rainy days and severe sun when you barbecue. Many thanks to Doreen, you are awesome.

Walking distance to shopping centers and eateries, very good service.
The unit is very neat and comfortable (all you need), you couldn't ask for a better view or location. However, there is maintenance work that can be done here and there. The service we received is also very good.
