The apartment is tastefully furnished and certainly of good taste. It was a spacious apartment with everything you need. The view outside is beautiful.
Well equipped, even against the extreme cold. The unit is neat.
It was an amazing experience, stunning view and exceptional bed and bedding. Enjoyed our game of nought and crosses. All utensils are necessary although it would have been nice to have a gas braai.

Everything was perfect, the apartment is tastefully decorated, the view is picturesque and there is everything you need. The washing machine and tumble dryer was a nice surprise and the best part is that we didn't even know about load shedding. We will definitely visit again. The place is so nice and central to everything. The person who met us and showed us around the apartment was very friendly and helpful.

Unit was a trifle small but had everything one requires for self-catering and was clean and neat. Would have liked to have a working heater as it was very cold and wet. Inverter a lot of help during load shedding but is inadequate to handle a hairdryer. Trips the inverter as it overloads. Suggest that the owner removes certain plugs from the inverter and marks them. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable stay there.
The apartment itself with a balcony, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms is a gem. Very well equipped with a tumble dryer, inverter, and good working WiFi. The management is very supportive and will assist you with every piece of information you need. The location next to the beach and restaurants is a dream for a family. We can highly recommend this stayover and will definitely come back.
Location is good with many restuarants in the immediate vicinity. Save walking distance. Fantastic view of Table Mountain.

We arrived and, unfortunately, the elevators were not in service. We had to walk to the 2nd floor to catch the elevator and on the way down from 10th floor, or from basement parking, had to walk from basement parking to 2nd floor to catch elevator to 11th floor! We were only informed on the morning of arrival of problems with the elevator but we learned from security staff the elevators were out of service from the previous weekend! I had my 71-year-old mother-in-law with us and to expect her to walk to the 2nd floor to catch the elevator was ridiculous! We messaged the owner on the day of arrival and were told if we want to cancel the booking "she would understand", but to be told this at 6 o'clock in evening on a Saturday on a long weekend with Monday being a public holiday, how did they expect anyone to find alternative accommodation? It was unacceptable! Very bad customer service!

It is rare that the actual place is even better than the pictures that were available before the time. Reception was good and everything worked!
We came in earlier than we had stated, but well sorted out by the agents. Very helpful and pleasant without being intrusive. There was no daily room service which allowed us to sleep late. For the rest the facilities provided were ideal and the location superb.
Power meter and water meter can be controlled much better. We were not impressed with the fact that we are without water at 10:00 pm in the evening. Also thought we had loadshedding then no power was ever charged.
No problem, tidy and value for money.
Unfortunately we had no WiFi for the period of our stay. The owners tried their best to fix it with Vox, but to no avail. Was really disappointing not being able to see the Soccer World Cup Final and trying to entertain teenagers without a TV at night.
