51 guests' feedbackLovely place with everything you need. Yes, place is small but big enough for a family with 2 teenagers. And it's so peaceful. Love the stoep with the braai. Everything was very neat and clean. Owner very friendly and hospitable. Helped quickly if you wanted to know something. However, I would only suggest that you might get a folding table that can be stored behind the sofa, so that if it gets too cold in the evenings outside on the stoep you can still play games inside.
Our stay was just perfect. The kids enjoyed it. It felt like a nice get away but yet so homely because it has everything.

Peaceful setting with a lovely walk to the beach.
Very clean and tidy, the location is nice and close to the beach. Very friendly people everywhere. The back is fenced which makes it nice for a dog. Just a suggestion for guests: don't forget coffee and milk. We really enjoyed the getaway! They are currently building more rooms so stay tuned - more coming soon.
Lovely place! Perfect for family with 2 small children, will get a bit cramped with 2 teenagers.

We enjoyed our weekend at 12 Dune Park so much! We were pleasantly surprised with how cute the place was decorated. Everything we needed, and so much more! Clean and tidy! Quiet and safe! We felt like our home with a nice holiday atmosphere! We will definitely visit here again in the future!

Away from all city noise, but still close to everything.
Dune Park is peaceful, clean, tidy and safe. The unit is beautiful and ideal if you like the outdoors and barbecue. The swimming pools are large and the children had a great time! The sea may be just too far for short legs to walk, but is easily accessible even if you have to climb a sturdy dune. The unit is not suitable for 2 couples but rather for a family of 4 as there is not much privacy. Highly recommended!
All we needed was a break and a weekend away and that's what we got. Smart TV and WiFi. Lovely braai area, washing machine, aircon, fans in lounge and main bedroom. Lovely walk to the beach. Could not have asked for better. Thank you, Andre.

Enjoyed grilling and hanging out on the stoep. Everything you need and more. Had a nice holiday at the cute little house. Clean, tidy and everything you need. Very Safe! Nice close to the beach. Will definitely go there again on holiday.
It was good, if we had stayed longer it would have been an excellent place. The neighbours are amicable and friendly.
Understand the security aspect of cameras, but the camera at the barbecue area and patio makes you feel uncomfortable. The unit is also not suitable for 3 adults. You are watched by the permanent neighbors who contact the owner about your movements.
Would like to stay a bit longer next time.

The owner was very helpful when we wanted to know something. The house is neat and very comfortable for a family. The beds sleep well, there are more than enough bed linen and towels. The owner even provided some basic necessities such as Sunlight soap and Jik. You feel very safe in the complex and in the surrounding area in general and we will definitely stay there again.
We were extremely impressed with the cottage. Bitterly neat. Bed, bedding and towels top quality. Nice big shower and perfect water pressure. Roof fans and air conditioning heavenly. Grill area under roof an absolute winner. Alarm system a plus but never activated. Very safe. You will definitely see us again.
My daughter and I spent 12 wonderful days at 12 Dune Park. The rustic and very comfortable cottage was just what we needed. The area is very quiet, the green lawns and trees around contribute to a very peaceful atmosphere. The cottage is well equipped, the beds comfortable and the breakfasts and dinners on the patio were so enjoyable. We enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach very much. We will definitely be back soon!
Loved that I could bring along my small baby dog. Beautiful surroundings with Plettenberg Bay nearby. With every need fulfilled when asked. Was sad to leave.

A wonderful spot! Well equipped and clean cottage, small enclosed courtyard for small dogs. The Dunes had great facilities for young kids - pool, play areas and the beach within walking distance. Near to the Crags Elephant sanctuary and monkeyland as an outing. Would definitely go back with my family.

The unit I rented is incredibly small for the price. It's basically a 1/4 bedroom place. So for the price one would have expected at least a 2 bedroom place.
What I would suggest is that Andre looks at his DStv package, because what's on there right now is really not worth it.
12 Dune park is value for money. It is clean and well appointed. Very peaceful safe environment and it's a 10 minute walk from a breathtaking beach. Enjoyed it immensely.

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at 12 Dune Park! The unit is very cozy and well equipped. Excellent location. We enjoyed the braai area and a sundowner at the deck is a must. Will recommend it to anyone!
The environment/location is fantastic, the owner contacted us with additional information, which made things so much easier and simpler. The place was clean and the neighbors very friendly.
The stay was very nice, very clean and tidy, would only have been better if there was WiFi available, otherwise it was very nice.
The house had everything we needed. Everything was neat and clean with a lovely braai area on the patio. We had access to the resorts sparkling pool. And a beautiful scenic walk to the pristine beach and lookout point.

We were very satisfied with the house, has everything you need, the place is clean and safe and very peaceful. Not far from keurboom beach and about 10km from Plett. For the children, it would be nice to have a play frame or children's play area closer to the house. But beyond that, will definitely be back.
Just 1 comment. The place is advertised as a 2 bedroom which unfortunately is not the truth. One room is subdivided which has bunk beds in it and is therefore only suitable for 2 adults and 2 small children aged 12 and under. This must be indicated on the advertisement. We really enjoyed it, but we decided to vacate 1 day earlier because my daughter felt uncomfortable. Thank you.
No WiFi and limited TV, only OpenView. The cleaning costs should be included in daily rent and not be recovered separately.

Beautifully located in safe area. Incredibly clean and tidy. Within convenient walking distance of the beach. Centrally located for those who want to go to restaurants and places to visit. We enjoyed the silence tremendously. Incredibly well equipped. Friendly and professional service from owner and rental staff. Would love to go again.
The cottage is very well appointed, compact and ideal for a couple, but small kids would be easily accommodated.
