Lovely place, good hosting.

Peaceful, refreshing and breathtaking.
We really enjoyed our time in the mountains. The home was absolutely beautiful and catered to every need.
For sure, only the entire central mountains shops close around 4pm, shocking especially for holiday times.
The house needs a few updates and revamps. The beds are comfortable. Would appreciate the lawnmowers starting after 9am. 7:30 is too early when everyone is enjoying a late morning holiday!

The perfect location, view of Cathkin Peak, with nearby tennis courts and swimming pool in the resort. The house is well maintained, and everything you need for an unforgettable visit is at the house, or very close in the area. Friendly management rounds everything off.
We had a wonderful time away at 12 Mount Champagne. Number 12 has the best location, walking distance to pool, tennis court, fishing, shops and hikes. Unit is spacious and has everything you need. Looking forward to going back!

First visit to Champagne Castle. Beautiful nature, completely quiet, with many snuff shops in the area. 12 Mount Champagne was nice and spacious. Very well equipped. Will definitely want to visit there again.
We had a family week away and it was fun, relaxing and full of lots of exploring. The chalet was cozy, felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal, every morning we went for hikes and then adventures around Champagne Valley. We'll definitely visit there again!

Wonderful house in the most beautiful resort. Champagne Resort is amazing. At the foot of the mountain with hiking trails, swimming, canoeing and many more activities all within a 15 minute drive. We didn't get to the half. We'll just have to visit again. Thank you very much!

Very nice place and we all enjoyed it very much.
It will be good if the 2 upper bedrooms have bathrooms with doors that can be closed. There are already frames with hinges, but no doors. This is inconvenient if someone else is in the room and someone wants to use the toilet, but there is no door that can be closed.
Oh, how we enjoyed our stay at 12 Mount Champagne! The house is perfectly kitted out and situated across from the swimming pool and kids play area which were perfect for our kids. The view of the mountains is unlike anything we’ve ever seen!
This house is a 10 out of 10, the pictures does not do this place justice. Set in a perfect tranquil location of the Drakensberg in the safety of a guarded resort. Perfect for relaxation with views of the mountains and lake. This specific self-catering house is equipped with the best of the best home decor and necessities, the owner spared no expenses in equipping this house and everything we needed was available. We were amazed with the accommodation. I am so impressed that I have been informing everyone I know to visit this place and stay here. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided that we will book this cottage every year.
