Yes, beautiful place, comfortable, nice close to sea/pool, shops, eateries and liquor store.
We had a great stay in the large and comfortable house.
Great location and very close to the shops and spa for the ladies. In walking distance to go fishing as well, so all round it was a good weekend.
The house has everything you need. We really enjoyed the time, no one complained about anything. The owner is very helpful. We will definitely go again.
Had trouble getting hot water.
The owner is very helpful and friendly. The house is nicely equipped with an indoor barbecue, pool table and bar area. Really a nice place to enjoy with friends. Can suggest that cleaning services just tidy up, clean and change clean bed linen a day before the arrival time.

I would definitely recommend people to 12 on Cooper. Nice close to the sea and shops. The house itself is 100% tidy. The house is also a nice separation if you may be couples and want your alone time.
The house is nice and spacious with an indoor braai. Convenient for families with children too. There is a nice yard to play. We will definitely go again and book there again. The owner is also very friendly and always reachable if needed.
The electric stove makes it difficult to cook food during power outages. There were also no candles with wicks to light. One light shade of the ceiling fan in the master bedroom was broken. The mattress also didn't have a mattress protector left and the mattress was skewed to the left which is obviously an uncomfortable sleeper. The hot water has been a big frustration. The water is not regulated at all. It is either boiling hot or freezing cold. So you can't take a decent shower at all. The shower head also only sprays a few jets of water on the outside. It therefore makes it extremely difficult to properly wet yourself and rinse your hair. The microwave oven was not cleaned on the inside. There is also no microwave lid to use. The stove surface and outside of the stove are terribly dirty. My fiance scrubbed the stove top and plate lids with the Clean Green (thanks for the cleaners). I told her to leave the rest of the stove.
Very nice house for a getaway. Everything is in the house and we enjoyed the open spaces and indoor barbecue. Would love to come again in December.

We are very satisfied.
This could be a very nice home, but it needs maintenance. Two of the three bedrooms' roof lights did not work, and one of these rooms' power points also did not work. There are a few other things that bother too. The owner did not help to solve the electricity problems and never apologized.
The house is nice and big and spacious and perfect for a family or a group of friends. Unfortunately in summer the house is just very hot and stuffy and this prevents one from wanting to spend the day there. Even in the evenings it is too hot to sleep. The house could do with a nice outdoor barbecue with garden furniture. When we got there wet towels were hung over chairs which made us feel they were dirty and therefore didn't want to use them. The cutlery is also very old and rusty.
It is a very beautiful place. Nice and quiet and close to everything. We enjoyed it very much and will be visiting again soon.
Can do with a upgrade on TV, but perfect place. Loads of space, full kitchen.
It is a very nice place to stay. Especially with the weather that was bad, you don't get the feeling that you are falling over each other. And the indoor braai is a big plus if you want to have a holiday in the winter months. Lovely living room when the winter sun shines in there. Definitely going to use the place again in the winter months.
Make sure you go in summer and don't mind showering/bathing or washing dishes in cold or lukewarm water at best. Only 1 shower in house gets warm water.
Good location. Close to the sea.
