12 guests' feedbackIf you are looking for 6-star luxury, pass by, but if you are looking for a place that is clean and tidy with the most beautiful sea view, then this place is spot on.
We had a great time. The loadshedding didn't even bother us because it gets dark there so late. The place has everything you need and is very close to the beach. Will definitely visit there again.

Walking distance from the sea, relaxing to walk on the sand early in the morning and get fresh air in your lungs.
The view over the sea is stunning! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The sound of the waves breaking with the view and a braai fire was all! I will definitely stay at 12 Saayman Street again. Great place, great location.
Great location and good parking.
On the ad for the house it looks like you have whole house. But it is in fact divided into two halves which makes the place tiny and you have no privacy from the guests staying in the other half. Especially from the balcony side of the house. The bedrooms are cold and tiny. You should explain the setup better on the website. The pots need to be upgraded. You can’t cook on the stove it’s so old and takes a long time to heat up.
We had a lovely stay, the place was very clean, well equipped and within walking distance of the beach. It's a very quiet area and we could relax in a safe environment. The sunset over the harbour area is breathtaking!

The location and view are wonderful. Layout of house a bit unusual.
We had a very pleasant stay at Saaymanstraat 12. The place was very neat, with everything you need. Even though this is a peaceful area, we were very glad that we could lock the doors. We also took our dog with us and even though we didn't meet the hostess, she was very friendly over the phone and made us feel welcome. We would love to stay here again when we're in Stilbaai.
