We enjoyed our stay. The host was friendly and went the extra mile to make our short stay comfortable. The room was perfect for our needs, as we were out most of the day. The room was clean and nicely decorated. It has a kettle and microwave. We enjoyed the snacks that were provided.

Kindest welcome by the host. The place was extremely clean and smelled so good! The owners really thought of everything; of air conditioners, fans and gas heaters for the winter. Kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of crockery and many extras.

Very neat and well furnished with everything you need and so much more. Located close to shopping centers and hospital. The luxury units are so convenient if you want to stay longer and very comfortable if you have small children with lots of space and play area.

From the time we booked we received regular communication explaining everything nicely when we got there. Friendly reception and all questions were answered. Room comfortable with everything needed. TV with several channels, nice coffee with biscuits.

The place is so beautiful and luxurious. Nadia and her team are iron. They went the extra mile with the bachelorette parties we arranged there. The TV is also a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube on it. The WiFi was also very flexible and Nadia provided us with load shedding so that the visit could still continue.

It was the perfect experience! Excellent service, warm hearts and a truly luxurious unit. Definitely where I will stay again when back in Pretoria.
Because we travel from Limpopo to do business in Pretoria, it is nice to stay in a place that is bigger than just a room. The living room and well-equipped kitchen really make it feel like home! Our dog is also welcome there and Johannes is perfectly willing to look after her when we are not there. The yard is very safe from the busy street that passes by.

The unit was very clean, nice rooms and we had a lot of space. With the load shedding they gave us information and assured that there will be a generator with such cases. We didn't even know the power was off. Very nice stay.

The unit is beautiful inside and is equipped with everything you need. Nadia is a wonderful hostess and made sure we could push her button day or night. She and the caretaker, Johannes, made it as convenient as possible for us even during load shedding. This lovely place has all the creature comforts one could wish for. A Spar shop just down the road, in case you forgot anything; lots of nice restaurants nearby. The area is one of those grand old suburbs with graceful old homes and large leafy gardens. 122 on Rubida has a great lounge and dining area, perfect for families with 2 children or just for a couple travelling as we were. Fitted with everything! Actually, my wife and I remarked that as we get older this is actually the only type of space one really needs to live in permanently!

122 on Rubida is absolutely a pleasure court for the soul. Beautiful large unit with 2 bedrooms and private bathrooms. Large living area and enough space for everyone to do their own thing. The large porch was an absolute winner. Very well equipped with everything you might need. I can recommend it to anyone who wants to go to the city and not want to rush all your business in 1 day. Very centrally located and very safe. 10 out of 10 for Nadia and her team!

From booking to departure, I was constantly contacted by Nadia to make sure all my needs were met. The room was beautiful, and even more was provided, such as small bottle of wine, can of sparkling wine, chocolates, hand sanitizer, etc. I would definitely stay there again and recommend 122 on Rubida.

From the moment the booking was confirmed by LekkeSlaap it was an absolute pleasure. Communication is via WhatsApp and directions to the location are very convenient. We were warmly welcomed and delightfully spoiled with delicacies as well as a delicious bottle of wine. The kitchen is so convenient and you can literally walk in with your groceries and whip up any dish. Comfort of barbecue facilities, the comfort of a stoepie for the last winter sun as well as a lovely heater to beat the winter cold. This is definitely our second home and I recommend it with ease.
Well equipped, spacious apartment with everything you need. Secure and private with double garage. Generator was a bonus. Nadia went out of her way to make our stay pleasant with everything we needed. We will definitely go again.
