They need to upgrade to place need to do maintenance. Bedding was broken and old bedding.
Though there was a bit of a misunderstand between me and owner due to late leaving because of loadsheding but was a good stay. I wouldn't mind to come around next time.
The stay was very nice. My kids enjoyed it the most. The children could not get enough of the park and swimming pool and other play facilities. There just wasn't a cupboard where we could pack the groceries. It just had to sit around in bags. I suggest provision is made for a cupboard where you can pack your food and stuff. The fridge was also cleaned with a detergent that smelled terrible and it affected the things that were in the fridge. You could smell the cleaning agents on some of the things that were in the fridge. There was also a mouse in the master bedroom that moved between the room and bathroom.
It is such an amazing place very child friendly. I would definitely be going again.
I would recommend 123 Hermanus Beach Club to anyone, we really enjoyed it, would love to be there again for a weekend.

My weekend surpassed my expectations. Amazing!
Hermanus Beach Club is lovely but the apartment was disappointing. The kitchen drawers smell very bad (musty) and the shower leaked. Cabinets are also in bad condition (damaged), but still work so one can probably look past that. The floor in the master bedroom is damaged. DStv was down the last night we were there and although it showed limited channels we looked forward to something to watch after our kids went to bed. Our feeling was just that if the apartment was going for that much money per night, it could definitely be better maintained. And best of all, the same apartment is advertised for less per night during our stay! We enjoyed the lawn outside the apartment as well as the climbing frame which was very close by. There is a proper table with chairs and this was great as we have small children. The parking is also right opposite the apartment which makes loading and unloading very easy.
This is the perfect getaway for a restful weekend - breathtaking. The flat is equipped with everything you may need. My parents enjoyed themselves, the walking. We look forward to returning to what will certainly become our new favourite getaway spot! Thank you very much!
Our stay at the beach club resort was really relaxing and pleasant. Flat is cosy and fully equipped. The entertainment area so convenient and for the young and old. Swimming pool, putt putt, bar, arcade and convenient shop within +-40 meters from the flat.
A lovely, comfortable, compact unit, close to the pool and amenities of the resort. Visiting with friends the bathroom could be awkward as the one door leads to the main bedroom. The unit could become a bit cramped for a family of four with teenagers. If you are a person/family who seeks privacy, the ground floor unit is not ideal. When you braai or sit outside, you have the second and third floor occupants looking out right over you. Your neighbours are also in very close proximity, which we found a bit in our space. The kitchen could do with some more basic utensils (egg beater/peeler etc) as well as tupper dishes to store food in. Other than that, a well kept resort, with friendly staff as well as safe for children to roam around in. We would stay at the resort again, but would opt for a bigger unit with more privacy.
Ideal for a short break. Tidy. The toilet, which is separated from the main room by a sliding door, can be problematic if friends are sharing.
On our way there we were told that we would be moved to another unit, but when we arrived we realised that our unit was right in the wind which made it very difficult to braai. It was very inconvenient.
