4 guests' feedbackWe had a wonderful stay, the atmosphere and the tranquility were fantastic. Room was very neat and everything was in order. Even when the power was out, they helped us whenever possible.
It was amazing, we had a great time, very neat, peaceful and everyone is so friendly. It is also very safe and definitely a place to disappear to for a few nights away from the busy city. They have an option of 3 large swimming facilities or just walk along the river and have a picnic.
Nice view of nature, the unit is nicely laid out and tidy. Unfortunately, the restaurant is out of business, but there are many other activities to do.
Please note, the following review is based on my personal experience and opinion. Location: Average (would probably be better in the rainy season). About 25 min from the closest shop. Many gravel roads to the area. Shop, restaurant and putt-putt course no longer operational on the estate. Privacy: Unit is located against the owner’s premises. Door next to bed separating another unit. Surveillance camera facing the braai area. Entrance: No light at the entrance, cannot see at night. Bathroom: Shower went cold three times during the shower. Floor got soaked when showering. Cheapest toilet paper provided. No rails to hang wet towels (2-day stay). Kitchenette: Only 2 large plates and 2 tumblers (for beverages) provided. No rag or sponge to wash dishes. General: No lampshades on lamps. No outlet close to mirrors to blow dry hair. Unit is tiny. TV is the size of a large laptop screen. Positive: Bottle of sweet wine provided. Unit was clean and tidy. Owner was responsive and friendly.
