This ground-floor apartment with a sea view can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with 1 shower and 1 bath. The apartment also has a living area and kitchen. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, washbasin, and toilet with American shutters. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. They share a separate bathroom with a shower, washbasin and toilet.
Guests are required to bring their own beach towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a gas stove, gas bottle, electric oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, cutlery, crockery, dishwasher and washing machine.
The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite, free Wi-Fi, and a large 70 Inches Smart Colour TV with access to Netflix, YouTube, and DStv.
The sitting room opens onto a lovely sea view covered patio with a table that can seat 8 a secluded portion of the garden allowing you to relax with the Weber braai provided with the apartment.
Other services and facilities include daily room services except for Sundays and Public Holidays.
A coin-operated laundromat is available adjacent to the Management office located in the Thira Village. A single garage with a remote motorised garage door a few steps away from the apartment as well as additional open parking spaces. Santorini Grounds offers an area to park your trailer which is situated closer to the entrance, and trailers need to be parked in that area for the duration of your stay.
The Santorini complex is safe, fenced, and patrolled on foot, with security guards at the entrance. It is child-friendly and consists of 6 Greek-styled villages immersed in beautifully maintained lush gardens with a choice of 6 swimming pools. It also has a large braai area and a playground with an open air open-air jungle gym.
Santorini Estate has direct access to 2 beaches through its own turnstile gate onto the beach. One is the Santorini beach gate has access to a semi-private beach. The other is the Thompson's Bay beach gate, where you can park your car very close to the Beach gate.

23 guests' feedbackApartment is comfortable and has a nice sea view. The only negative was the monkeys that ransacked our apartment, right after we went to buy our groceries for the week. The bathroom window was open a crack, through which they gained entry. The damage was a bit of a dampener on our spirits.

It was one of the best sea holidays. The places are beautiful and the large TV with WiFi was a hit in the evenings with the teenagers. The place is much nicer than the pictures. We will definitely go again and definitely stay longer next time.
Very nice stay. Walking routes are well laid out. Unit is clean - carpets may need washing. Good and pleasant communication from owner. Security staff were very professional.

Great place, an awesome view. Beach right on your doorstep. There is a gate from Santorini to Thompson's Beach. Close to good restaurants and amenities in Ballito and Salt Rock. Will be back.
Very comfortable and tastefully furnished apartment. We enjoyed the beach access and dining on the covered patio with a view. Had hoped to enjoy a game of tennis but seems the court is no more?

We have 4 children and the apartment was spacious enough for all of us. The unit's bathrooms have recently been redone and are very nice and tidy. The fridge and dishwasher are brand new. A previous review from a guest stated that there was not enough cutlery/crockery, but there was more than enough! The kitchen is fully equipped. There is even an electric beater. Beautiful little garden, nice complex with lots of nice swimming pools. There is a swimming pool with a shallow pool about 10m from this apartment. The only thing that could perhaps improve is the bathroom and kitchen linen; it was washed, but some have spots/marks on them. It's also understandable, since guests don't always notice it. It won't stop us from going again. I just load my own dish towel. We would love to rent this lovely apartment again. Really value for money!
The ground floor apartment was nice for the children and the garden well maintained. The cleaning service was a benefit and the 2 bathrooms with one shower and the other bath tap was a benefit. The rooms are large and spacious and the bed is in excellent condition. The bath towels were changed and the line during the week. Nicely decorated and pleasant to stay in. Only one remark the ants were a little bit of a hassle.
The owner, George, was in regular contact with us and explained everything about the accommodation nicely. We immediately felt at home and welcome. The security at the complex is excellent. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. It includes everything you could need and it borders Thompson Beach where there are lifeguards and a tide pool. We will definitely vacation here again.
The place is really well equipped and very stylishly decorated. George is excellent in his communication to you. The location is perfect and very safe for teenagers. We had a wonderful rest and will definitely visit there again.
There was no broom, some of the rooms' bedside lamps did not work. One lamp's wires protruded, which was life-threatening. Very sad that it could be such a beautiful place.
A little Grecian paradise, beautifully located in tropical gardens with direct private access to Thompsons Beach which is a great beach! Lovely adventure walks and 6 pools! Fantastic for young and old. Kids had a ball!
Thank you to George who followed up with us, our warm welcome by the estate manager. We had such a peaceful stay, the place is so well-equipped that it feels like we are at home!
Stunning place, with lovely sea views.
I have to give credit to the host/owner George. He went out of his way to make our vacation as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The unit was not very clean, but I think the owner does his best to keep it clean within his control. The unit is comfortable with the nicest private beaches and you feel safe.
Very nice location and gate staff very professional.
The accommodation was fantastic. We had a great vacation. I would only recommend that focus be placed on the cleanliness of the kitchenware. A lot was quite horribly dirty. Except for this it was a really great place to stay and we will definitely be back. George was very helpful and made sure our stay was totally hassle free.
