We had a nice stay. The power was out for a short time in the morning and Lizette went out of her way to bring us a flask of boiling water for coffee. Everything was modern and 'upmarket' and worked well.
We travel frequently and this unit stands head and shoulders above all the others we have rented. Great flow of information and friendly reception and welcome by the owner. Her knowledge of the area and help with information regarding places to eat and places to view flowers was accurate and valuable. The unit is spacious, modernly equipped and very tastefully presented. The secure parking was a bonus and safety a top priority. The bed and bedding were exceptionally luxurious, modern and a pleasure to use and rest on. Overall an excellent and cost effective place to stay!

This accommodation is cost effective and definitely value for money. The owners are hospitable and very concerned. On our way to Namibia, we were looking for pocket-sized accommodation and 13 Steps offered us it all in one bundle.
The owner/hostess is very friendly and was always available for anything we would need during our stay there. The unit was very comfortable, with the bathroom and TV options being my favourites. The rest of the facilities were as expected and the stoep which has a nice view of Springbok, a nice extra. I highly recommend 13 Steps to any couple.

We were warmly received by Lizette upon arrival and enjoyed a delicious dinner at a restaurant on her recommendation. Early the next morning we continued our journey and stopped at Klawer for fuel around 10h00. There I see that Lizette tried to contact me by mobile phone and left a message that I forgot a file in the apartment. The file has travel documents and ao. our passports contain. After we agreed, I was able to arrange for friends to collect the file from 13Steps. Thank you Lizette for your selfless effort, hospitality and a nice and tidy place to stay. Full marks.
Hostess was kind to us and moved us to a spacious apartment. She kept us up to date on attractions, load shedding and routes. We had a wonderful stay at 13 steps.

We had a great stay! The air cooling may not be placed in an ideal place, it blows directly on you in bed. Hostess is very cute, felt like we came to visit family!
Place is very cute, and nice decor. Would only recommend that the bathroom put in a sliding door for privacy. The Netflix was also very good, and will use it again.
