The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds (the beds cannot be converted to double beds). Quality linen and bath towels are provided. The entire apartment is air-conditioned with both cooling and heating.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The apartment also includes a fully fitted laundry for your exclusive use. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels.
Leading off the lounge and dining room are sliding doors onto the patio. Sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy your cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the sound of the waves.
14 Kyalanga is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Secure parking is provided for your vehicle. There is open parking for vehicles or trailers located behind locked electronic gates. There is also 24-hour security in the complex. A magnificent swimming pool is provided for the exclusive use of guests residing at Kyalanga, as well as communal braai facilities.
14 Kyalanga is ideally situated with direct beach access and access to the world-class Promenade which stretches along the coastline for 5 km. The apartment is within walking distance of the Umhlanga Village and numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. One can park your car at the beginning of your holiday and have no need to use it again for your entire stay.

Absolutely amazing!
There were some things that were broken that we took up with them directly. They were willing to come fix it. We will definitely stay there again if we go. Thank goodness there were air cons! It was nice and warm for us Gautenians when we were there.
The accommodation is of the highest quality. Just a pity we could only stay 2 nights. Would definitely recommend 14 Kyalanga.
The place was spacious, good location and clean. Close to centers and on the beach.
The apartment is a beautiful as in the pictures on the website. I only wish it had 3 double beds since. We were traveling as couples. We had a wonderful weekend.

We got good service from Herman. Apartment 14 itself is clean and nice. Only. the palm trees are at the height of sea view. You can only see a bit of blue from the sea. It was very disappointing.
The manager there was helpful and we had a great stay.
Kyalanga is located close to everything that matters. Places to visit, shops, sea and the promenade are just outside the gate. Great experience would definitely recommend.
Customer service was excellent. Went out of their way to help us even though it was late at night. Very nice stay. Will go back again.

14 Kyalanga is a great holiday accommodation. Beautiful, practical, neat, comfortable and well equipped. One can really relax.
Because we ourselves own a holiday apartment in the Cape, we appreciate what we got! It's really quite sufficient for holiday purposes. Some problems did not take away so much from what the apartment itself offers, viz. hot water was only enough for one shower/bath and then you had to wait an hour (was a bit annoying in winter!) and someone who parked in front of the garage. Parking was scarce at one spot and then we had to park outside on the street, because we couldn't get a garage open either. Because it only happened once, it wasn't bad, but if it were a constant problem in the summer, it could be a big annoyance. Access to promenade, beach, large lawn, swimming pool, barbecue areas and location for shops/restaurants is a particular plus!
Lovely views of the beach, direct access to the beach. Friendly staff members, absolutely stunning apartment, total value for money and would definitely go back with friends or family.
