14 Kyalanga is a self-catering apartment situated on the 1st floor of this beachfront complex with a partial sea view in Umhlanga Rocks. Umhlanga is one of the most sought-after holiday resorts in South Africa and attracts visitors from all over the world. The warm waters of the Indian Ocean make swimming an all year round activity. Winters are extremely mild on the KwaZulu-Natal coastline and Umhlanga enjoys a subtropical climate.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds (the beds cannot be converted to double beds). Quality linen and bath towels are provided. The entire apartment is air-conditioned with both cooling and heating.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The apartment also includes a fully fitted laundry for your exclusive use. The dining area has seating space for 6 people, while the lounge has a comfy lounge suite and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with a full selection of DStv channels.

Leading off the lounge and dining room are sliding doors onto the patio. Sit on the patio in the morning and enjoy your cup of coffee while watching the sunrise and listening to the sound of the waves.

14 Kyalanga is serviced daily except on Sundays and Public Holidays. Secure parking is provided for your vehicle. There is open parking for vehicles or trailers located behind locked electronic gates. There is also 24-hour security in the complex. A magnificent swimming pool is provided for the exclusive use of guests residing at Kyalanga, as well as communal braai facilities.

14 Kyalanga is ideally situated with direct beach access and access to the world-class Promenade which stretches along the coastline for 5 km. The apartment is within walking distance of the Umhlanga Village and numerous restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity. One can park your car at the beginning of your holiday and have no need to use it again for your entire stay.
