We really enjoyed staying there. Safe, clean, comfortable, staff very friendly and helpful, well located.
The place is very cute, the wind is just a bit bad on the 14th floor. We put the bed in the living room, it was much better. I would like to recommend for the people staying longer to have some extra things there, like toilet paper and dish soap. Especially for those of us who flew and had to buy everything and couldn't take it home.
The stay was excellent. Smaller things that will make your stay easier: Glass for toothbrushes, spray soap for washing hands and more luxurious duvet.

Just struggled with hot water. The front door lock is difficult to close. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. Will stay there again.

Mostly out early and in late - so a quick working holiday but no problems with accommodation.
Difficulty finding words. When you walk in, tiles are broken, bedroom door handle is broken. The curtain must be closed otherwise people can look in from the porch. Bathroom's container is broken. Surprise is that you have to pay for power yourself. No inventory list and couch is torn. On the second day after making inquiries, the caretaker turned up with a lamp because no provision was made for guests for load shedding. His comment was that we need to realize that it is self catering and people steal the stuff and his final comment was that he hopes we never stay there again. After all that, you pay a damage deposit but everything is already broken before you come in? Definitely would not recommend this place.
I would suggest that an emergency light be provided for periods of power outages due to electricity load shedding. Only one toilet roll was provided and as we stayed for five nights, that was a small inconvenience.
Ocean View 1402 is a beautiful apartment. It is neat and clean and well equipped with everything one needs and more. The view alone makes the visit worth it. The only complaint is that there is no WiFi, even though a fiber internet point is available in the apartment.
It was a wonderful break in the incredible unit that has a sea view from the front door and from the porch. It was good for my body and soul. I just locked up and went for a walk. Als was neat and clean. Definitely worth it and would book again anytime. Thank you.

This unit is the best I have ever lived in in the Western Cape. It offers access to the immediate surroundings and 12 days was still not enough to see everything.

Upon your arrival, the beautiful building and security aspects are noticeable. The apartment is modern with everything you need. The views were breathtaking and you can relax in comfort.
All that bothered me was the porch light that burned all night. A bit troublesome for light sleepers.

Very easy to get. The unit has als. I think it had everything it needed. From dishwasher, tumble dryer etc. Nice and modern, but you won't get a better view anywhere else. The view knocked our feet out from under us! We will definitely visit again at 1402. Little things that bothered us a bit were the bed was a bit hard and there was a funny smell in the bathroom after the shower or bath was drained, but then soon disappeared. Furthermore, it was an amazing visit at 1402. Would recommend it to everyone. It's not very big, nor very small. Just nice for 2 people, and it's very private. You won't regret it. And if walking is nice along the beach from Ocean View.
