142 on 10th Street is a self-catering holiday house located in Hermanus, a popular holiday town on the southern coast of the Western Cape. It is world-famous for having fantastic land and boat based whale watching. Its scenic beauty, mild climate, outdoor activities, rich floral kingdom, and its close proximity to Cape Town make it the ideal base from which to explore the Cape Overberg.

The house can accommodate up to 10 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed and a full en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom contains a double bed, the third bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds and an en-suite shower. There is also an outside flatlet with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering and contains a washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. The dining area has seating space for 10 people, while the lounge has a fireplace, a comfy lounge suite and a TV with selected DStv channels. The dining room leads to a beautiful enclosed garden with swimming pool and braai facilities.
