Stay was great. just the location of the unit is in a busy trafic area so the noise levels were high.
Our stay at 143 Eden on the Bay was pleasant and comfortable. A suggestion for when someone does go home for more than a week or 2 is that the bath towels will at least be changed after a week. Furthermore, I would suggest that a clothes drying rack be made available in the unit to be able to hang wet clothes or wet towels inside the unit. One last thing I forgot to mention when we left was that the "toaster" could not be used as it kept kicking out the power.

Earlier check-out and later check-in can be arranged with the host at an additional cost; however, this might not always be possible.Please note that a one-time cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests should note that the breakage deposit is payable via cash on arrival and will be refunded within 10 days of departure, provided there are no damages caused during their stay.
The properties are self-catering, meaning guests have the freedom and flexibility to dine in at their own convenience. To get started, complimentary essentials are provided: 2 rolls of toilet paper per toilet, 1 bin bag, shampoo, body wash, lotion, conditioner, tea, instant coffee, sugar, and milk. Guests are responsible for replenishing these as needed. If the apartment is equipped with a dishwasher and guests wish to use it, they are asked to bring their own dishwasher tablets or powder.
Please note that most of the apartments are equipped with pay-as-you-go electricity and water meters. To ensure a comfortable stay, each unit is generously pre-loaded with an average usage allowance for a small family. For stays of 7 days or more, guests may need to purchase additional units for electricity or water.
