Nice complex and the unit is neat and practical.
Our stay was fantastic. Children and family enjoyed themselves. Everything was in working order. Just a pity it only had YouTube and Openview to watch on the TV. Netflix was not working. Other than that, the unit has uncapped WiFi and the view of the ocean is amazing.
Entrance route is not great, but once you get inside the complex, all is forgotten.

The message received before arrival was not very welcoming and i would suggest that they edit their welcome message to make geusts feel more excited and welcoming, on arrival there was no dishcloth or drying cloth, the bathroom had no handtowel or handwash, the dishwashing liqued provided was also not enough for the whole weekend. the rooms was a little dusty and second room bed was terrible to sleep onm other then that we had a pleasant stay.
We were also at Hermanus Beach Club years ago and really enjoyed it and that was the only reason to go there again. Everything is 100%, except for the safety aspect. The informal settlement borders right on the Hermanus Beach club. The road to the entrance sits the informal settlement for about 300 m to the road before you get to the gates. There are a lot of feet and movement which creates some discomfort in terms of safety until you get to the entrance.
Really enjoyed our stay and Verona was most helpful.
On arrival the water pressure was very low, so that you have to stand under the shower head for the drops to fall on you. No water on Saturday and Sunday, according to Verona, the neighbors explained to her that there is a faucet outside that children turn on every now and then, and then the apartment has no water. I suggested they put a lock on the faucet for future guests. The smell of the fridge didn't help either. The apartment itself is neat, but with those things it was quite inconvenient.
It was very breathtaking.
The place had rules in place that made it feel safe to use the pool. Social distancing.
Was welcomed by friendly staff. The place has everything you need, from Braai areas, fully equipped kitchens, pools, play areas, beach at your doorstep.
Nice for the family and couples.
Felt a bit unsafe first the first day with the informal settlement straight opposite the beach club however security was always visible and that was fantastic.
Unfortunately not many teenagers around to occupy our grandson. It would have been nice to mingle with more people.
We had an awesome long weekend and the weather was lovely. Enjoyed all amenities and had a lovely stay in the comfy unit.
