"Pleasant and safe."

Our stay was very pleasant. Excellent services and a very quiet location with a beautiful view.

"Not our best stay in PE."

Unfortunately our stay in this particular unit was not great. My husband arrived at 4pm and was made to wait, while the ROOM WAS BEING CLEANED, despite Matthew's message from 2 hours earlier saying the room was available. There are ANTS galore, in the bathroom sink, kitchen counter and bedside tables. There was NO HOT WATER plumbed into the tiny kitchen sink, not sure how we were supposed to wash our coffee cups. There was only ONE TEASPOON, but I understand these things do go missing. There was not even a CEREAL BOWL for him to eat his pre race breakfast from (only flat plates). He finally ate his cereal out of a teacup. The FRONT DOOR was impossible to open, even when not locked, as the lockset was loose and turned freely, without turning the latch. The TV wasn't set up and was not broadcasting a single TV channel - not even local news. I had to sign him into my DSTV streaming and netflix, but you would think the owner would provide BASIC channels. We could not use the usual GATE to the beachfront road, since Matthew did not know the code and there was no security around.
