The view makes the place! The place is comfortably furnished and we will definitely go there again. Cara who handles the check-in was very friendly and helpful.
The unit is well located and well equipped. Lovely patio with fireplace/braai and view of the sea. Ideal for 2 adults or a family with young children, or a maximum of three adults if one does not mind sleeping on the bunk bed in the 2nd room. We will stay there again.

We had a nice stay in the unit. It has a nice view and is very neat and clean. The agents and skin keeper were extremely helpful. It is also well located!

16 Mile View was incredibly nice and picturesque. We just sat on the porch under the umbrella all day and enjoyed the view. We didn't want to leave our seats. There is a delicious large braai, very comfortable kitchen with everything you need. Very modern decor that makes it feel and look even more special. The space is very comfortable.
I would recommend to the owner replace the throws, most of them had holes and they don't smell very fresh.
Very well equipped, beautiful, clean and very nice for children. We just missed a shower. We were received very kindly.

Spent a very nice few days in Unit B. Unit has everything needed for self-catering accommodation with a large stoep and braai area. We just missed a shower. Would definitely stay there again though. Highly recommend.

Our first time in Yzerfontein and what a pleasant surprise. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in very comfortable accommodation with DStv and WiFi. There is a lovely braai area which overlooks the ocean. We drove up to the West Coast National Park which is not far at all and saw the spectacular flowers in the open fields. We also cycled from the Langebaan gate right down to the Potberg entrance, a distance of about 38 km's. We were chased by a female ostrich so be a bit wary when cycling. All in all a great venue, with good service and lots to see and do. We will be back.

A lovely getaway, very close to the beach and restaurant. Everything is in good order and the house is very clean. Security in the downstairs apartment could be better.
The pictures doesn't do the place justice - it's really an amazing space! It is beautifully furnished and if you are looking for a place where you and your family or you and a loved one can bond, this is the place to go to. The owners were very welcoming and friendly and that set the tone for our stay.
We really enjoyed the stay, the place is lovely and the hosts friendly. Would love to go back there any day! I felt well rested afterwards.
We were 4 adults. Our 2 student daughters had to share a bed or one would have had to sleep on the couch. It was unacceptable. The kitchen equipment was very limited and we had to constantly wash crockery and cutlery in order to use it. We had to ask for toilet paper twice seeing as how they just gave us one roll each time for 4 people. The oven didn't work, and it took the owner 30 minutes to make it work after we had to phone for service. There was no packing space for our groceries and we had to store it under the sink, which wasn't very hygienic. There was only 1 small and 1 medium size pot to cook with, no salad bowls, serving bowls, microwave bowls, so cooking was difficult and limited. Bathrooms had no shelves for toiletries or make-up. The bed lamp's electrical cord was too short and constantly went off. On arrival there was no way to know where the entrance or assigned parking was. We had to ask a gardener after being unsure for a long time, and he had to show us where to go. The only braai tongs for use was dirty and in the old ash of the braai facility. We had to wash it ourselves before we could use it to braai our meat.
