16 Sinclair is a luxury penthouse unit located on the owner’s property in Plettenberg Bay with ocean views. A private lift ascends 3 floors to reach the penthouse. Kick back in the living-room set against the picture perfect backdrop of Plettenberg Bay. Expansive window walls slide away for a fully open-air experience of sweeping ocean views as well as dramatic sunrises and sunsets.

The penthouse can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and an open-plan kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. This room also features air-conditioning and a spa-quality sauna room that will drive away any lingering work stress. The second and third bedroom each contain a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom; one fitted with a bath, the other with a shower. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
