Had a great time this weekend.
It was not a pleasant experience from start to finish. We booked this spot to relax after a visit to a local theatre and requested a place with a parking bay. It was one of the recommendations. On arrival, the concierge told us they didn't know about the parking bay because it was a private booking. We could not reach the owner initially, so I phoned you. The agent asked me if I organised this with the owner. I did not, as it was on the advertisement and not mentioned on or was the owner's information sent to us. The owner did eventually get back to me, and so did you. Once we checked in, we had no time to relax as planned due to the time wasted. On our return later that evening, everything seemed calm. We slept well until about 3 am when people returned, banging doors and talking loudly. A constant noise from a neighbouring apartment, what I can only assume was the TV, kept me awake. As if this was not bad enough, at 05:30, the fire alarm went off, and the building evacuated. After walking down 16 flights of stairs, no one communicated with us. People stood around, waiting for instructions. None came! I asked and was told it was a false alarm. No excuses were offered by anyone, and no one told us if we could return to our rooms. Some people started making their way back up, so we followed suit. In the room, the alarm was still blaring. We phoned downstairs only to be told they couldn't tell us when the alarm would be switched off, but we could come downstairs. We decided to pack up and check out. Again, no excuses or explanations were offered. What if there was a real emergency? The staff at this establishment is not trained and not equipped to handle one! It is an experience I wish to forget soon!

Please be respectful of your neighbours and keep sound to a minimum.No parties or events.
No smoking. If guests are caught smoking in the apartment, they will be asked to leave immediately and a R3000 fine will be applicable.
Do not use towels or linen to remove make-up. If any of the linen or towels are stained after a stay, guests will be charged the full amount to replace them.
The apartment is self-catering, however, we have provided initial coffee, milk, tea, sugar, soaps etc.
If guests would like the apartment cleaned and linen changed during their stay, there will be an additional charge.
