We enjoyed it so much, they looked after us well and the place is child-friendly with lots of space. Everything was clean and tidy. Thank you.

Really enjoyed the stay. Only drawback is the fact that there is no air conditioning. It gets very hot in here and a fan won't do the trick. Will definitely go back again during winter months.
Pictures are deceiving, the unit is smaller than it looks in pictures. Mismatching cutleries, plates, and mugs in the kitchen. The shower tiles have grout in them, the toilet seat was loose, and we were charged a breakage fee for it.
We stayed at chalet 17. The service was amazing. Odette at reception was extremely friendly and helpful. We decided to stay an extra day and she went out of her way to accommodate us. The resort is beautifully maintained. The chalet was clean with comfy beds. The big flat -screen TV was a pleasant surprise and WiFi was an added bonus. On our last day there we met the resident hippo Fred. What an awesome experience.
The owner, Hilton, was in contact with us from just after our booking until we left and made us feel absolutely at home. The little shortcomings we experienced, he addressed and resolved without any hassle. We missed the vagabond "Hippo" in Manzini's gardens by a day and learned that a whole family of "Hippo's" walked the main street the day after our departure. Thank you very much. We really enjoyed our very short getaway in this particular place and would love to return if we save. Thank you very much.
We really enjoyed our stay at Manzini. Everything was fine. Good price for value. Up to a hippopotamus seen on site. Only negative is that the bathroom door handle was broken and they could purchase new bedding for the master bedroom. But it didn't negatively affect our holiday.
