17 Marine Apartment 102 is a comfortable self-catering apartment located at 17 Marine, on Marine Drive, Hermanus. This sea-facing block is set in a prime location, just across the road from the fantastic Fick's Tidal Pool for swimming, and within close walking distance to the town centre, various restaurants and the well-known cliff path.

This apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests and contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom area is part of the open-plan kitchen, dining and living area.

This first bedroom area is air-conditioned and features 2 single beds, a ceiling fan, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs and a flat-screen TV. There is also a small indoor seating nook. The compact kitchenette is equipped with a small fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a coffee pod machine. This area has sliding doors that open up to a wonderful private deck with a picnic bench and a Weber, the ideal place to enjoy some sun. The deck also has a partial sea view.

The second bedroom leads off the kitchenette and contains a queen-sized bed and a shower that is en suite with a toilet and washbasin. Please note that this bedroom does not have its own entrance and therefore may not be suitable for 2 couples looking for extra privacy. It is however perfect for small families.

The accommodation is equipped with an inverter that keeps the lights, WiFi and TV running during load shedding.

There is designated, off-street parking for 2 cars for guests to use.
