17 Marine Apartment 202 A is a designer self-catering apartment located in the new 17 Marine complex on Marine Drive, Hermanus. This block is set in a prime location, just across the road from the fantastic Ficks Tidal Pool for swimming, and close to the town centre, various restaurants and the well-known cliff walk.

This apartment is solar-powered, so guests do not need to worry about loadshedding. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom area is part of the open-plan kitchenette, dining and living area. Please note this apartment is not sea-facing, there are only partial sea views from the balcony.

This first bedroom area is air-conditioned and features a king-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom with a bath, a shower, a toilet and a washbasin. The dining area contains a 4-seater dining table and chairs. The lounge area contains 2 chairs and a flat-screen smart TV with Netflix. The compact kitchenette is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, stovetop, kettle, toaster. This area opens to a balcony with partial sea views and a built-in braai.

The second bedroom has its own entrance, but can also be accessed directly from the first bedroom if preferred for families with young children. It contains a king-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin.

There is designated secure parking for guests to use. Complimentary Wi-Fi and Netflix are included. Please note the building's lift and air conditioning do not work during load shedding.
