7 guests' feedbackWe booked at the last minute and because we didn't want to share a bathroom with other guests from room 2 and ), we chose room 1. The room is actually not suitable for two people, as it is terribly small. The bed is almost against the closet. Room 2 and 3 looked very nice, but room 1 and the bathroom definitely need maintenance. The sheet was actually too small for the bed. The electrical plug at the boiler did not work. The reception was very good and the workers were very friendly and helpful. Room 1 is not shown in the photos.
The Attitude of the ladies in customer service was so bad.
I didn't stay there, I called a hotel and booked myself a room. So this was a very expensive trip! The room looks nothing like the picture. All I can say is, please go to sleep. there so you can see and then maybe review the ad. Shocking.
Didn't like the fact that the rooms for R550 didn't have their own bathrooms, the rooms share a bathroom down the passage.
What a nightmare. Already on July 7th I booked the room and paid the full amount. Upon arrival we were informed that our room is already booked by other guests! The 3 of us then had to settle for a small room, because where else can you go that time of the afternoon? Everything already paid. We just had to accept, and were only moved to the correct room the next day. If you book and pay for something you should get what what was promised.
Lights in the toilet don't work so someone has to stand in front of the door to hold it open. Door is a louvered door which is very unpleasant. Roof fan works with a huge noise so you can't use it. Other room has a standing fan. Found cock rat in the room. Parking for only 2 cars with a narrow entrance and the rest have to pull over carefully to be able to stop on the grass without roof protection for the fodder.
Booked place for 4 people but there was only one bed and sleeper couch. Had to try to get hold of owner at 23:00 in the evening to bring bedding so we could make up the sleeper couch. Only 1 towel and 1 half roll of toilet paper was available for 4 people. Only 1 pillow per person was available without any top sheets. No coffee or milk available in room and only 2 glasses were available. Parking was limited and other guests had to wake us up early in the morning to pull our cars away. What we had to do in our night clothes. Even after I lodged a complaint with the owner I was still not contacted back to offer any apology or any amount of refund. Was really upset.
