The Apartment is situated on the second floor in a neat, safe, well-known and secure apartment block.

This neatly decorated apartment sleeps 4 guests and comprises of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen and a living area. The main bedroom is situated downstairs and is furnished with 2 single beds, a bedside table, a lamp and small balcony, en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower, toilet, and washbasin.

The second bedroom is situated upstairs and is furnished with a queen-size bed, bedside tables and lamps, a dressing table and chair with mirror, and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, toilet, and washbasin. Bath towels and bed linen are provided. Please bring along your own swimming towels.

The open-plan kitchen is conveniently equipped with a fridge-freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, washing machine, tea- and coffee-making facilities and cutlery and crockery. The clothes drying rack is available with an ironing board and iron.

There’s a small comfortable dining table with chairs, where guests can enjoy their meals together and this area further extends into the cosy lounge area furnished with a couch, coffee table and flat-screen TV with a media player and access to Netflix and Showmax. Guests must use their own login details for the streaming services. Free Wi-Fi is also available.

Safe Basement parking is available for 1 vehicle behind the electric gate. Recycling facilities onsite in the basement. The apartment block's general area is lit up during load shedding with the Solar system.
