Lovely apartment with all the mod-cons. Great estate to stay in. Sandra was available when needed and kept us updated on when we could enter and leave and to give us entry/exit codes. Only had two minor issues. One: the main bedroom shower hot water pressure isn't very strong. Two: the free entry/exit codes are only valid through the gates that you drive through, so the walk-through beach gate needed a thumb print which we didn't realise. I chose the 'free' entry/exit codes so that if we had a friend coming they could enter without my thumbprint. One of the main reasons that we booked the estate and Villa 199 was because it was within easy distance to walk/run to the beach to swim/surf. So this was a pity. Probably just better communication needed. Otherwise a great vacation spot. We would definitely book it again.
The house was very clean, with luxury deco and enough space.
Will just get a braai instead of that barbecue, because we're struggling with the gas thing. We only grill an old steak, not patties. Furthermore, it was very popular.
Top class beds, furniture, linen, feel and look like a garden and home magazine ad. Sandy went out of her way to accommodate us with our needs.
Very nice unit with a nice view, and all the amenities you can think of.
The apartment is very spacious with large verandahs and quite luxurious, the estate is situated close to the beach. It is a well established estate with beautiful walking trails, a number of dams or ponds where you can spot a variety of bird life, perfect for serious birdwatchers and a few different buck. There are a number of community centres where you can go for a swim and have a bite to eat. They even deliver food to your door. It is a place where you don't need to worry about safety.
Very sorry that the Jacuzzi is not working. It was explained ahead of time, but would be an even better attraction if it could be repaired.
Great place to stay.
Check in was 15:00 arrived just after 15:00 and cleaning staff was still there cleaning till 16:00. Paid for the Jacuzzi unit and the Jacuzzi was broken. Contacted the owner who had all sorts of stories including telling me how "it is not her fault its broken" then eventually didn't even bother to answer calls or respond to messages. Professionalism from owner was absolutely appalling.
Extremely comfortable with all the amenities that you would require. Excellent service, safe with a great location.
