HOUSE RULES● Do not smoke inside the house. If you smoke, please stay on the deck or downstairs in the garden.
● No parties, loud noise, music or gatherings allowed in the house or on the property.
● No extra overnight guests without prior arrangement with the host.
● Please assist with taking out the trash on a Monday morning.
● This is our family home. Please treat it with respect the same way you would like your home to be treated. Please do not take any furniture outside.
● Inform the host in case of damage to any part of the property or furniture.
● We’ve taken special care to ensure that all appliances are in proper working order. Please contact the host if you find anything not in good condition.
● We do not provide beach towels. Please do not take towels to the beach, but bring some with you.
● When using the air-conditioner in the main bedroom, please keep all windows and doors closed and switch off when leaving the house.
● Please read notes around the house and follow the instructions (mainly in the kitchen, to assist you).
● Please get in touch if you would like to bring your pet.
● We welcome families with children, but please note that there are stairs up to the house. The house has Trellidors on all doors as well as a gate to the stairs.
● Please take care of the house keys. There might be a replacement fee charged if lost.
● Ensure all taps are closed properly after use.
● Ensure the stove is switched off after use.
● Please switch off lights when not needed or when leaving the house.
● Ensure all doors and windows are closed and locked, and switch on the alarm when leaving the house.
