The first bedroom contains a king-size bed and an open-plan en suite with a bath and a shower, twin washbasins and an enclosed toilet. This room opens to the patio deck. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite with a toilet and washbasin. The third bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the fourth bedroom contains 2 single beds. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and includes a fridge-freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, a kettle, a washing machine, and a breakfast bar with stools. The dining area contains an 8-seater dining table and chairs. The air-conditioned lounge area contains comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV with a selection of DStv channels. There is also a built-in bar with stools. Stacker doors open from the living area to a patio deck with an outdoor lounge area, a private Jacuzzi, and a private pool area with sun loungers, as well as a garden, all offering full frontal ocean views.
The Eco-side of the Estate offers 4 community centers with swimming pools, a rugby field, putt-putt, picnic areas, braai facilities, walking and bicycle trails, an Equestrian Center and abundant bird and animal life. On the Golf-side of the estate, there is an exclusive 18-hole executive golf course designed by Peter Matkovich with The Simbithi Country Club that features a bar, lounge, free Wi-Fi, the renowned Fig Tree Restaurant and secure adventure playground for children, swimming pool, tennis courts and gymnasium.
Open parking for up to 3 vehicles is provided. The apartment has a wonderful private domestic worker that services the unit daily, except on Sundays and public holidays.

3 guests' feedbackWe had a wonderful time. The views are spectacular and the pool and jacuzzi were great!
Our stay was incredible. We will definitely book again. The apartment has everything anyone would need for a good stay. The only thing I noticed was that the bathrooms could be cleaned a bit better. The floors were quite dirty but I think that could be the aircon filters needing cleaning and they are spraying out dirt. Honestly we had a great time. Thank you.
Nice surprise is that the unit has a back up inverter for lights in case of loadshedding.

House rules
Please note, there is an additional once-off administration fee and a refundable breakage deposit equal to one night's stay. All breakage deposits are refunded on the 10th of each month.As Simbithi Eco Estate is a residential estate, they require fingerprint access. Simbithi Eco Estate charges an orientation/admin fee and a fee per fingerprint access. This fee is deducted from your breakage deposit. Not everyone requires fingerprint access, just the main drivers or main guest.
Please note, if you are a returning guest of Simbithi Eco Estate, and you have a fingerprint loaded on their system, you will not be charged for fingerprint access as your fingerprint will already be on the system. Simbithi, will, however, charge the admin/orientation fee in order to process your booking.
The unit is serviced Monday to Saturday, except for Sunday’s and Public Holidays.
Cheques are not accepted.
No smoking is allowed in the unit.
Provided in the unit for your arrival is 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as bath and hand soaps. A 50ml Sunlight liquid and a black dustbin bag. Please note, this is a complimentary starter pack as this is a self-catering unit.
Please provide your own swimming and beach towels.
The host reserves the right to substitute similar accommodation, should the unit booked not be available for any reason whatsoever.
Student bookings or any bookings for unsupervised guests under the age of 25 are not accepted.
The host reserves the right to evict any student who is not accompanied by a responsible adult.
The maximum number of people occupying the unit must not exceed the number of beds. Overcrowding will result in a 10% per nightly rate added per additional guests if pre-arranged. If not pre-arranged, tenants will be evicted in the event of overcrowding and all monies paid will be forfeited.
