This double-storey unit can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms and a loft area. Please note that the unit has stairs. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and features an air-conditioner and access to a patio with beautiful sea views. The second bedroom contains twin single beds while the loft area also has twin single beds, an air-conditioner and small lounge area. There are 2 separate bathrooms (one shower and one bath).
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, washing machine and tumble-dryer. Additional facilities include a TV with DVD player and Numerous DVDs, WiFi and the DStv full package can be activated at an additional cost of R30 per day. Secure parking and a private braai area and ground floor patio in a lovely private garden. Private 2-man kayak for use.
The complex has an outside shower.
The complex offers direct access via a short beach path to a long stretch of sandy beach, and a short stroll to the main beach where guests can enjoy swimming, snorkelling, diving, surfing, beach volleyball, or sunbathing and water slides.

Very nice place, good privacy and tidy.
I stayed at Karlin Place with my family this weekend. What a pleasant stay it was. It brought back great memories, I spent my honeymoon there 42 years ago and had yearly vacations with my family. The agent checked in regularly to hear if we needed anything. Thank you for the excellent service and stay.
Owners were very helpful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Aircons were a welcome addition. Would definitely recommend Karlin Chalet 2! Very good location for a diving holiday!
Absolutely delicious! The chalet needs a bit of general maintenance, grass needs cutting, there is no storage space in the kitchen, the shower door is old, hinged and very small - but we had a great stay, the aircon works fantastic, everything else is comfortable and good
The place needs a lick of paint and the equipment also needs attention.

2 Karlin Chalet on the Beach is a modern, tidy holiday destination. The beach is a stone's throw away and very well located near the main beach. The furniture and equipment are tasteful and comfortable. The air conditioners kept the place wonderfully cool after a day at the beach. The owner was very supportive and made us feel right at home. We and our children would happily book the apartment again.
You can't stay any closer to the beach! Unit is comfortable, clean and very tidy. The air conditioning is great on extremely hot days. And our dog has her own little garden to enjoy.
We had a great time. Karlin is well located and very comfortable. Ideal place to rest and relax.

Lovely place, very well looked after, perfect location.
Great hospitality on short notice. We appreciated the effort and were very comfortable indeed. Only suggestion for consideration would be an awning covering the veranda.
Perfect location if you are a beach lover. This unit is literally a few steps from the beach. Perfect spot for picnicking, fishing and splashing around the water. Pack the minimum for the stay because most things are provided.

The unit has more sleeping space than I expected. Neat unit and the garden served as a great play area while we were there. The kitchen is indeed very small and there is little space to prepare food there. It is a few steps then you are on the beach.
We had a nice quiet time at 2 Karlin on the Beach. It's literally 20 steps from the front door to the beach, so there was never a need to even pack the car if we wanted to go to the beach. Anyone with small children will understand that it can be quite a challenge every day. Kitchen was also nicely appointed, and the washing machine and tumble dryer were a bonus. Very nice stay.
Wow it was an awesome place.
The unit was not ready when arrived. They seemed to have the wrong date. Would be nice to have a roof over the verandah with proper seating.
We had an amazing weekend and the whole family loved being able to walk onto the beach anytime we wanted to. A short walk along the sand to the main swimming beach, so no driving needed once you arrive. Beautifully secluded garden protected from the wind if the weather changes.
Lovely stay, regularly kept in touch by owner. Very friendly caretaker. Would recommend for a family.
What more are you looking for when you want to enjoy a breakaway with your family? With two little kids this was the perfect place. After a day spent on the beach which is walking distance, we enjoyed a braai and kids playing in your own private garden and braai area. We would definitely stay here again as all our needs as a close family were met. Thank you for an absolutely great stay!
I would perhaps only suggest that the owners provide for load shedding in the form of gas lamps and perhaps a gas stove.

Great location, with see view and privacy. Lovely quaint place, with aircon for those very hot days and washing facilities right there for your convenience. Definitely a great destination you will want to return to!
Good spot right on the beach, close to main beach. Stairs were a little hectic for the 2 year old - luckily no accidents. A few things need to be repaired/replaced in the house and maybe an air con downstairs would be nice - on a hot day the flat turns into an oven! If you take small kids, maybe take a little splash pool for the heat. Very protected from the wind, so not much cool air in the garden. But all in all a pleasant stay close to the beach. Also just need some info before we arrive on who/where to get keys from.
2 Karlin Chalet was very comfortable with our 2 children because we could walk to the beach and if it got too hot or they were too tired we could just walk back.
It's so nice to walk into neat accommodation. Lovely clean and neat with a lovely atmosphere and a bonus is that it is on the beach. Would love to visit again.

Nice peaceful atmosphere and just a few steps to the beach. Away from the hustle and bustle of the main beach, but still close enough if main beach is to be visited. Located close to shops and other attractions.
