Have a nice stay. Not a fully equipped kitchen. The stove is not in good condition. The fridge has a cracked vegetable bin. The shower's soap dish is half stuck. There is no washing machine. Will definitely use the place again.

Our stay at the holiday house was overall enjoyable. The apartment itself was fine, and the view was absolutely amazing. However, there are a few areas that could use some improvement. Firstly, the stove and oven could benefit from an upgrade, as well as the main bathroom toilet. Additionally, we found that the dishes were dirty upon our arrival, which was a bit disappointing. Despite these issues, we had a pleasant stay and appreciated the beautiful surroundings. With a few upgrades and better attention to cleanliness, this place would be perfect.

The apartment is very neat and clean. The view is fantastic and the complex and beach are very safe, teenagers can go to the beach alone and walk around on their own because the promenade is safe. The friendly cleaner was at her post every day and cleaned our apartment quickly and nicely. We will definitely be back!

Les Mouettes has a very good location close to Willard beach. A washing machine would have been handy for longer visits. With a toddler going through 5 sets of clothes a day a washing machine will definitely be a strong consideration for future destinations.

It was very nice to stay here, the facilities and furniture need a bit of an overhaul. The bedding is a bit tired. The light in the complex corridor shines through the white blinds in the small bedroom, so much so that you wake up and think it is morning, our children struggled to sleep and ended up sleeping in our bed, not ideal. The price was right and the things that mattered were in place. The braai facilities, swimming facilities and all other facilities were excellent!

We had a great time at the beautiful Les Mouettes, one of the most beautiful places when you walk down the footpath. The unit was very nice, with the most beautiful view especially of the surfers and dolphins in the mornings. The cleaners are very friendly, and the apartment was very clean and tidy. Wish we could have stayed longer! Just wished there was a shelf in the shower for all one's things. Nice big porch for visiting, and nice beds. We will definitely see you again!

The location was ideal for us, out of the apartment and on the beach. Ballito as a holiday destination is a gem. We have never encountered masses of people there. In earlier years there were many stone banks in the sea swimming area which caused blue spots and broken toes. Nowadays it is covered with lovely sand. So I had a great time.

The unit needs some attention. Doors are swollen and chafed against the floor and many things are loose and/or rusted. The table of contents is completely wrong. Appears to be a previous owner's list of contents. We could not reconcile it at all. The unit is very spacious and comfortable. Les Mouettes is my favorite place in Ballito.

We stayed 4 nights and as we were hungry to see the sea, this was lovely. Just note: bring your own toilet paper and bath/shower towels. There was only one single tea towel in the kitchen. We used the second toilet because the main bedroom's toilet kept running (in other words it doesn't really flush, because the bowl never gets full). We closed the tap, because it just made a noise. The TV: no signal when the weather is poor. Even though the inventory list shows 6 wine glasses there were only 2, but we used normal glasses. Other than that the time we spent there was lovely.

Very good place for vacation. I was here in winter but note that there is no aircon. I think in the summer it might bother but I don't know. Perhaps the fans and location are sufficient. Two sets of keys will come in quite handy.

There are things that could be renovated in the apartment. Oven/stove can be refurbished. There are no towel rails in the 2nd bathroom, nowhere to put shampoo/soap in the shower, a shelf or hanger would definitely help. The vegetable/slicing knives are very blunt and the lid knobs or handles of the pans and pots break off and can be replaced. No braai bowl to use when you go to braai by the pool. Both toilets flush hard, especially the master bedroom's toilet, knobs get stuck and often have to lift the bowl. Door handles in rooms and bathrooms are rusted, cannot close the master bedroom door in the evenings, as well as toilet holders are rusted. If the things can be attended to it will make stay much better because it really is a very nice place and location. Walk everywhere you want to go. The blinds in the main bathroom are also very dirty and also the microwave was dirty inside when we got there. Full of previous people's food splatters. Small things, but will make a big difference to a comfortable stay.

It's a beautiful location. Great TV, good quality couches in the lounge. Bedrooms are basic, bamboo furniture. It would help if the apartment provided towels and bathroom mats. It's a hassle to carry this with on holiday. Apartment is serviced which is such a great blessing.

Die oggend wat ons gaan inklok het, was daar nie 'n sleutel/boodskap om sleutels te kry aan my uitgereik nie. Ek moes 'n bestuurder opspoor om my op die laaste oomblik te help met sleutels. Die hoofslaapkamer se bed was baie gemaklik met pragtige gehalte-linne. Voldoende ekstra komberse is voorsien. Die daaglikse skoonmaker was vriendelik en behulpsaam. Dieselfde dame elke dag. Dit was lekker om kontinuïteit te hê. WiFi was maklik om te gebruik en het goed gewerk. DStv het goed gewerk op daardie enorme TV-skerm! Baie kaste in die slaapkamers om weg te pak en die kamer netjies te hou. Tasse in die kaste weggepak. 'n Paar jasse wat voorsien is, is waardeer. Die badkamer is nie skoon nie. Nie eens enkellaagtoiletpapier nie! Die hoofdeur van die badkamer is as gevolg van kondensasie beskadig aan die onderkant en kan regtig 'n paar hakke agter die deur gebruik om handdoeke / klere op te hang terwyl jy in die stort was. Geen haakplekke agter enige van die slaapkamerdeure vir daardie bietjie ekstra ruimte om klam handdoeke op te hang nie. Die spieël op die spieëltafel moet vervang word. Yskas moet opgegradeer word - ou en nare uiterlike, binne-deurbakke is gebreek, wat die bruikbare ruimte verminder. Kon nie blindings by die gang kry om oop / gelig te bly nie. Daar word nie op die webwerf gepraat van eie kombuishanddoeke, badhanddoeke, swemhanddoeke, toiletpapier of koffie en / of tee nie! Snaakse verrassing om eers te gaan koop toe ons al op die strand was. Pype in die gebou is baie lawaaierig! Jy kan hoor hoe ander hulle spoel en hul storte gebruik! Graankombakke benodig - slegs 3 baie vlak groot bakkies wat as ete borde geslaag het, niks geskik vir graan en melk nie. Nie plastiek-opbergingseenhede / houers vir suiker, ens. Nie, word op die webwerf genoem. 'n Voorsprong op my eie sou regtig wonderlik gewees het. Die webwerf sê dat u teen 10:00 uitklok, maar u ontvang 'n kennisgewing van die skoonmaker en sê dat u teen 08:00 uit is. Groot druk op die laaste oomblik, nie aangenaam nie. Onderdakparkering was wonderlik! Trollies wat aangebied is om baie tasse en tasse bo te dra, was 'n groot bonus! Daar is geen wasgoed in die gebou nie, maar daar is wasserye in die winkelsentrum, dus nie 'n groot probleem nie. Daar is 'n vou-klere-perd op die stoep wat regtig nuttig was vir nat handdoeke en kleintjies. 'n Besonderse ontbyt op die stoep, met die uitsig op die see!
