The location is perfect for a family with children, especially with the pool in the complex. The apartment is tidy, but is a bit tight for a family of 6. Suggest putting in a sofa bed for extra sleeping space instead of the living room sofas. Provided great service from moment of booking until we left again. She was helpful with any questions and even with the little things that were wrong. Great choice for your next holiday.
The apartment is clean and tidy, but there are several problems: 1. Upon arrival, the DSTV did not work. The decoder arrived as if it had just been installed. I played around with several options and was able to get it to work. The owner made no effort to fix the problem. 2. The wifi is useless. There is one spot in the apartment where the wifi works and then the signal is still very weak. The owner has made no attempt to improve it. I just received a message: "No that's the only wifi". 3. We were informed after we had already left that towels are not provided. It is also not mentioned beforehand. 4. There was only one roll of toilet paper (very poor quality) in the apartment upon arrival. 5. None of the bedrooms have a window to the outside.
We had a problem with the satellite dish. It was sorted out ASAP by the owner. She was very helpful. We had a lovely time. Will definitely go back.
The place was clean, safe and a healthy environment, close to sea and to shopping centres.
Unit was clean and ready for our stay. The office was super helpful, they supplied me with a parking spot right close to the unit and office as I have mobility issues. The guard at the gate was very sweet and helpful.
