22 Capri is a self-catering apartment situated on the second floor of a secure and well-known older holiday block right in the heart of Amanzimtoti. It is on the beach with a magnificent view over the ocean from the apartment. The beach and restaurants are only a mere 2 minutes’ walk and other attractions such as a games arcade, 10-pin bowling, shops, a water park and a laundromat are all within a few minutes walking distance from the unit, making it an ideal location for holidays as well as business travel. Several other tourist attractions are also within a short drive of Amanzimtoti. During winter months you may even be able to witness the South Coast sardine run, or watch the whales and dolphins play from the unit overlooking the ocean.

A communal braai area is located on the deck on the first floor of the complex. There is also a dedicated shower located on the ground floor to rinse off the salt water and sea sand when returning from the beach. Wonderful place, neat and clean, walking distance from everything.
Permanent residents in complex, there is not much for children to do on site itself, but beach is located nearby.
