House rules

Strictly non-smoking unit.
Management will not be held liable for any loss, damage, illness, or injury while the premises are occupied at their own risk.
No clothing or hand towels should be hung over balcony rails.
No braais or open fires are allowed on balconies; please use downstairs facilities.
All children younger than 18 years old must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or childminder.
Beware of the monkeys; please do not leave windows or doors open and unattended.
Please ensure that doors are locked at all times.
A first aid kit is available in the drawer of the floating cupboard in the TV room.
No excessive noise is allowed.
No pets are allowed on premises.
Maximum 6 sleeping units; do not exceed failing, which may lead to eviction.
Guests are asked not to leave any money, valuables, or personal items unattended anywhere in the unit or on the premises.
Rooms are serviced Monday through Friday, except on public holidays.
A check-out inspection will be done on departure.
Two parking spots per unit 1 garage and 1 open parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
Check-out time is strictly 11 a.m.; failing to do so will result in an extra day's accommodation being charged.
Always ensure the air conditioning is switched off if it is not in use.
When utilizing a Weber braai, please make sure it is cleaned and sanitized.
Please do not flush any sanitary waste or foreign objects down the toilet; please use designated bins to dispose of all waste.
Bath towels are not to be used as swimming towels.
Washing lines are available for your use.
Please dispose of all waste in the designated waste areas..
