The house can accommodate 6 adults in 3 uniquely furnished double rooms. The main bedroom has a shower and a bath, and the second and third bedrooms each have a shower. In the loft there are 3 single beds with roll-out beds underneath them, ideal for up to 6 children. The loft also has a sliding door which leads out to a patio with a view of the valley. Linen and bath towels are provided. The house also comprises an open-plan kitchen and lounge which leads onto a patio with an outside table and chairs. The house is equipped with full DStv. The kitchen contains a kitchen island, along with Rhodesian teak bar stools, and is fully equipped including a wine fridge, an ice machine, a 6-plate gas stove, and cutlery and crockery.
Outside guests can relax in an elevated splash pool overlooking the valley, or in the boma area with a braai and a wash basin. Mabalingwe Game Reserve is approximately 34 km from Bela-Bela in the heart of the Waterberg.

The house is excellently furnished with more than what is needed. No negative points to raise. The host is always friendly and went out of his way for us to make the weekend unforgettable. The fires were terrible and we are thinking of you in our prayers.
The location and facilities are perfect for a large family/group and have everything needed. It's far enough away from other houses that it's wonderfully quiet and peaceful, just the way we prefer it. I would recommend putting better directions to the house on the website or making it clear that directions must be obtained from the owner.

We had a wonderful stay. The privacy of the house and the facilities were excellent.
Everything was okay, we enjoyed our stay until we were accused of damaging the car by elephants before an investigation was done. It was later discovered that it was not us; however, it rained so heavily. It would have been nice if they had conducted the investigation before accusing us of not reporting an accident.
The stay was nothing short of amazing. We had everything we needed in the house, and it was well thought out.
We spent a weekend at Bush House, with friends and my 2 teenagers. We had an incredible time and loved the animals at the small waterhole in front of the house. The house had everything we needed, it was clean and had great views. Would definitely recommend hiring the game vehicle too. Special break, just what we all needed! No complaints about anything!

It was a great stay, house was absolutely outstanding. Only question was regarding the hot water in bathrooms as there was very little, but house it’s self was amazing.
The house is perfect for gathering with friends. It was truly magical.
We rented the unit for my daughter as a 21st present. She and her bunch of student friends really enjoyed it. The place is very well set up for a group of people, there is everything you need. They had a blast on the wooden deck and pool. The game drive was the highlight and the food at the restaurant was delicious. The owner was very friendly and helpful with all the arrangements. The bunch of students say it was the best idea ever. What a lovely getaway. We would go again anytime.
We had a wonderful stay. The house's decor is stylish with everything you could possibly need. The exterior has a porch, separate braai area and a deck with a small pool. A big bonus is the house's own watering hole where different animals come to drink water. We would definitely recommend the place.
We had a great time in the forest and saw the most beautiful wildlife at the house's water hole. Children really enjoyed it. The house is very beautiful and everything you need is there. We will definitely visit again.
We had a lovely weekend at 24 Bush House! The house is excellently equipped so that you can holiday with all the comforts of home. The rooms are tastefully furnished and there is enough space that no one is in each other's way. We rested very well and the children were never bored.
Will recommend this place to anyone if they want peace and quiet with animals around you. The place is very neat, clean and well equipped. Enough place to sleep and comfortable. We were 12 people and will go back at anytime to visit again. Had a fun time looking at the animals at the waterhole.
House is very neat and well-equipped. Unfortunately, no hot water in the showers was disappointing.
On arrival at the main gate there was a lot of confusion as to where 24 Bush House was. Actually located at Elandsrand Plot 24. Road directions are very poor, had a lot of trouble finding a place. Had to call owner several times and route signs extremely unclear in the dark. Beds had not been made and no toilet paper. Towels were also wanted. House caretaker did take responsibility for this and came to rectify the matter the next morning. Hot water only available in 1 of 3 bathrooms for hot tub facilities. Poor information for viewing wildlife at night at water hole at home. We could not turn on the light at the hole, first had to wait more than 1 hour for the owner with instructions on how to turn on the light. Then the game was already gone. DStv did not work. House was well equipped with the necessary accessories in the kitchen and warm blankets on the beds.
We had a beautiful and relaxing weekend away, we were 2 families with young children. The only thing I can really point out is to put up better signage on how to get to the house, number 24 isn't really visible as we had to follow the number 28 board to get to number 24. Also perhaps an instruction card on how the geyser showers work. The house was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. I will recommend 24 Bush House Mabalingwe to anyone looking for an amazing bush break away. We will definitely be back and perhaps stay an extra 1 or 2 days longer.
