The house consists of 3 bedrooms which have air-conditioning and are situated on the ground floor. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed, a glass walled toilet, an en-suite, open-plan bathroom with a free standing bath and shower. The main bedroom also has a large dressing area and open up onto the garden area with a pond. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be put together to form a king-size bed, and also opens up onto the garden area with a pond. The third room is more compact with a double-size bed and shares a bathroom with the second bedroom.
The house has stairs from the front door leading you to the first floor which is the entertainment area of the property. This spacious open-plan dining- and living area is air-conditioned with a beautiful fully-equipped kitchen and floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the garden and across the harbour. Exterior steps lead you to the roof deck with spectacular 360-degree views of Table Mountain, Signal Hill and the whole city. There is a plunge pool, a Jacuzzi, deckchairs as well as a counter with a sink next to the built-in braai.
As an extra service, and separate to the accommodation rate, this cottage does have free Wi-Fi. This property is serviced twice weekly, weekdays, excluding public holidays.
De Waterkant Village is close to all the major Cape Town attractions. You can either explore on foot and walk to the V&A Waterfront, Green Market Square and CTICC. A short taxi ride away you can visit Table Mountain, Camps Bay and then the Winelands. As a point of reference, The Village Cafe is right next door to the reception, great breakfast spot, and Cape Quarter is the closest shopping centre which is only a 3-minute walk away.

An admin fee of R400 applies if you do cancel more than 30 days prior to arrival and this will be deducted from the deposit paid.
Late check-in fees apply if the check-in is outside of normal reception hours.
