Upon our arrival we were quickly received and taken to our room. Everything is painfully clean and tidy which was a big positive impression for me. Although the place is terribly dark and does not have a tidy, welcoming atmosphere. The wardrobe and bathroom have doors made of Khaki Canvas material that stand out from the painstakingly neat room. We had a choice whether we wanted to enjoy the dinner there but decided to go out instead as the selection of foods available for buffet is not worth 4 star rating in my opinion. The hot water was literally on and off with the shower, and it was not a pleasant experience at all. The vast majority of the time it was just cold. Air conditioning in the room was very nice. I was hopeful that breakfast would be different, but at breakfast I had a choice of bacon, eggs, and sausages as "hot foods". Furthermore, there were piles of bread that were not even served well, and were put in the plastic bags. Coffee was a choice of Ricoffy or Nescafe, and the water urn was practically empty. No Cuppachinos or a machine was available. At my check-out time, I reported the issue of the cold shower water, and there was only an apology and a bunch of reasons why it might be happening because of the gas heating, as if they were already clearly aware of the problem, but just nothing not do to it.

Everything is painfully neat and clean! We were on our way to Kruger Wildlife Park and only stayed one night, but it was absolutely perfect for our needs. All the staff were extremely friendly and competent and the breakfast fantastic. I can really recommend it!

The walls between the room are basically planks, so one can hear every noise your neighbours make. I couldn't get any rest on the night of the 6th of September, which was really unpleasant.

We had to attend a function in Boksburg and had to arrange accommodation for one night. We are from the Cape and do not know the area at all. I am very satisfied with the service we received from LekkeSlaap and the guest house and can highly recommend them.
Place is cosy and relaxing and situated in a nice area. Disappointed with TV reception and toilet door. The bath should have a screen so that floor does not get wet and slip on the tiles.
